This branch of Erie is literally the worst business I’ve ever done business with. Very unprofessional and made many many mistakes and took no accountability. I would be very careful if u even consider doing business with them. I had over 20 policies and they literally messed up everyone. I don’t even know how they let them sell insurance.

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID
These folks have been ripping off my son for several years. As soon as he found a new insurance company (a lot cheaper), they turned from very nice and pure nasty !!
Please do not use this company take a few minutes and look elsewhere.

We have used Linquist Insurance for all of our insurance needs for many years. Christina Ditty and the rest of the team have always been VERY responsive, professional, and caring. Unfortunately, we have had a couple of homeowners claims but they were handled seamlessly and with compassion! I know I can call or email Linquist with any questions and they always get back to me right away. Highly recommend for ALL of your insurance needs!! 5 + stars!!

For the past 18 years, I have been a client at Lindquist Insurance for my car and house needs. Customer service has been fantastic both in the local office and national office. When I had to put a claim in for damage to my roof from a storm, it was processed quickly, and I had a replacement roof in no time.I highly recommend Lindquist Insurance to anyone needing insurance services. Their commitment to providing quick, efficient service and their knowledgeable, friendly team sets them apart. I am grateful for the excellent service I received from Miki and the team at Lindquist Insurance, and I will definitely be a lifelong customer.

Jessica C. at Lindquist is AMAZING. I started a business in 2022 and was lucky enough to be connected with her when looking for insurance. She has been one of the most kind, responsive, helpful people I have ever worked with. I have been a loyal customer of Lindquist and Erie for many years. Unfortunately I had to make a claim for flooding caused by a busted pipe in my new home. While I understand a claim will affect rates, I was hit with a whopping 49% increase in my yearly rate. While I don't blame Lindquist for the increase, I am upset that Lindquist has been unresponsive to my request to review my various policies to see if there are ways to mitigate the increase. Sadly, the customer service that has kept me as a customer for so many years has substantially slipped.
