I am not understanding them, get told by them i can bring my Brietlings three of them and they told me they did them inhouse now. Get there 7 days later and they do one in house and two of them shipped to the factory. They i gotta call them to see if the one is done. SMH . I dropped them off and told them i want them polished and gone over. Never called back. Hopefully it gets better after this review.

I would Never spend any money at this store! I was in search of a wedding ring set to replace the one I lost. I found a set in this store that I really liked. I just wanted to change out the center stone. I asked the associate if she would ask if it could be done. I left all my contact information! It’s been over two weeks and she never contacted me! Which leads me to believe she didn’t wanted to help me in the first place! I will choose to believe it’s her bad customer service and not because of my race and her thinking I could not afford the ring! If that’s the case she and the company missed out on a sale because I bought my ring elsewhere!!! Her LOSS and this Company!!! Y’all really need to quit judging peopleOn looks, especially when you have No idea what’s in their wallet, purse!!!

My experience was phenomenal. Jacquline assisted me with finding the perfect diamond necklace. Her patience and knowledge made the experience so enjoyable. She knew each designer and the details that made each piece special. My boyfriend and I were so pleased with the service because it made his gift to me even more meaningful.
