Not only were the staff (Elena and Amy, I think) extremely helpful and kind in addressing my vision insurance questions, but the optometrist Dr. Taylor took plenty of time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend. Also, I suggest parking on the roof of Crate and Barrel then walking the short distance in the mall past the library and Auntie Anne's.

I was in and out with my daughter within a hour, didn’t feel rushed and received excellent service. The doctor was efficient and answered all questions, and working with Michelle was a joy! She was informative and polite. I will definitely be back for my eye exam.
