We went to various furniture stores for a reclining sofa. None of them had a recliner that operated either head or feet separately. At La-Z-Boy we were greeted by Alan Schaumburg, best salesman ever. He worked with us for almost 3 hours to get us exactly what we wanted. We are picky customers. I never thought about going to La-Z-Boy but now I will not go anywhere else. Thank you
