I liked it at first, but over the 10 years this salon has existed its gone steadily downhill. Its not cleaned thoroughly (there was debris and accumulated dirt under the drying station showing clear signs its not deep cleaned periodically and someones used cup in front of my face). the tech tried but made the most enjoyable part of a pedicure painful. Stroking my feet like a male organ isn't pleasant. putting so much pressure on the front of my shins that it hurt and when i expressed this, diminishing the pressure to make it just un-enjoyable.

Showed Holly a picture and she helped me find the right colors for a change up of the the original. She was able to do her own twist of the design and did a stellar job AND she was quick. (Dip base with a gel design)

Absolutely wonderful nail salon!! They are extremely competent in their skills and they're so so kind and accommodating. Their prices are reasonable for downtown annapolis, albeit a bit pricy for nails, but they make up for it with their skills and hospitality. Holly usually does my nails, and she's extremely good at tailoring to my outrageous requests. Great salon for alternative nails!! I cannot stress enough how amazing this salon is. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would. Hands down the most satisfied I've ever been with any business <3

I came in for a gel mani pedi today, the mani was fine - my nails are a little weirdly shaped but they're my natural nails and they weren't all the exact same length so that's not their fault. The tech who did them was quiet but kind and the color is even which is wonderful for only using 2 coats! My disappointment is with the pedicure. *** EDIT, The owner messaged me and let me know to come in and they'd fix my nails. He took his time and got all the polish out from between my toe nails and the skin and did a wonderful job. I felt like they really cared and wanted to make sure my nails looked great for my friend's wedding. So glad they were able to fix the problem and get toes back on track! Changed to 5

I just left this salon in tears. I moved here 6 weeks ago from Chicago, and I just had my third manicure here. My nails were long, strong, and healthy when I got here. The manicures were just okay, but I returned because of the convenience. During my most recent manicure, the tech broke every single one of my nails. I had to leave in the middle of my service. My nails are now short, thin, and broken. I am in pain from what he did. They will take months to return to normal. The owner was kind and offered me a free manicure, but I will not return.

Just got the best manicure I've ever gotten here at cosmo!! Lee is meticulous, his attention to detail is amazing.... So happy with how they turned out!!!!

Holly is amazing. She is so extremely talented with hard gel that I now refuse to go anywhere else to have my nails done. I always leave with gorgeous nails and even with me beating them up, they really hold well for a good 3-4 weeks.
I have been to several nail salons in Annapolis and Cosmo is by far the best for what I need. So happy to have found this place!

Always have great nails that last. Sometime i do feel a little rushed but at least i walk way with good quality every time. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. Got a clear gel mani and it looks good! Trying to recover from years of nail chops shops and acrylics. Recommend this place over 99% of nail salons in Maryland tbh.

Just got a gel manicure on Friday March 15th, 2024 and this is what they look like as of last night Thursday March 21st. I spent over $200 here getting myself and my mother mani pedi's for our spring break vacay. Now I have to pay again to have them redone. I don't even know what happened, the paint just slipped right off, never had that happen with gel polish. The techs were nice but very expensive and not worth it in my opinion, especially for downtown annapolis.

Got my nails done here twice.
When I got my acrylics filled she said they were too old and needed to be removed, ok no problem. But she ended up removing them by cutting them down and sticking another old acrylic tip between my natural nail and the acrylic polish and prying/ ripping them off. It was painful and she even apologized once because I visibly winced at the pain. Will not be coming here again.

This salon is the best ! Everyone here is talented and friendly ! The salon is cute and modern and cozy. The playlists are great as well. I don't go anywhere else ! No need :)
