If you think it's bad getting your service done there try working there! The place is very depressing. There are far better places to take your car besides this place. Have called twice about the same recall notice (once in April and again May) for Bronco Sport and both times was told they’re not ordering any recall parts right now and call back in 2 months or take it to another dealer. Disappointing.

Service department is an absolute nightmare. You make an appointment to get your car fixed and they never even look at it or it sits there for days possibly weeks and Ford does nothing about it.
