Up front, the staff was pleasant... but that is the end of any pleasant experience.
Brought vehicle in for an issue (google dizzytuning / "fiesta-st-part-throttle-surge"), but was told that it was a clutch issue. I did not agree with this and chose to pick up the vehicle to take elsewhere.
I received the vehicle with the clutch almost completely burnt out, will barely hold any gear. The vehicle was NOT in this condition when dropped off. When my wife went to pick up the vehicle she learned that there was only one employee capable of driving a manual transmission, yet we were told that 3 techs drove the vehicle and determined it was a clutch problem (found out even our lead service coordinator/tech, the person telling us what was wrong, couldn't drive manual).
They agreed to tow the vehicle back to the dealership to take another look and I explained my concern that again, the vehicle was brought in with the clutch working perfectly (I have driven manual vehicles for 20+ years), but in the end said that this was how it was.
I should never have brought the vehicle here... it was dropped off with a small issue that is google-able in about 5 minutes and picked up with a completely destroyed clutch, which they wanted to charge me to fix.
Trust the poor reviews of this place, take your money elsewhere... but again, they were at least pleasant people.
DO NOT GO HERE, they will lie and potentially destroy your vehicle.

Just bought my Mustang Mach-E GT from Koons Ford-Lincoln of Annapolis last week. The customer was outstanding! Darrick Tolliver really knows his stuff about this vehicle. He made me feel welcome, valued and appreciated. Not just another mark on the board. I felt like I mattered!
My entire experience including the Business Managers Andres and Dave were outstanding!

Service department is below average. I would recommend taking elsewhere.
Utilizing the app and their website, specific coupons were available for this location. Specifically, a free oil change, for the first one after buying the vehicle. Our salesperson months ago even noted this. We were able to provide screen shots of this to the service department employee and manager. They did not honor it, and noted that the app and website are out dated.
I will be taking this vehicle somewhere else, where the price provided is the true price to be paid. And better customer service.
Sales department is amazing. Service department needs some management attention.

Chuck was excellent. He knew I was looking for something specific and he kept on top of it. Made process quick and easy, didnt waste my time. very helpful. I have purchased other vehicles here, same experience. Same thing for Ford, I have purchased several Ford vehicles and have had very few if zero problems.. Besides my new purchase, my current vehicle is 2014 F150 175K and not one unexpected problem.. I have had 3 Edges, Focus and.. so 5 Fords and no issues.. yes I have had other brands, not as good as Ford

We recently took in our 2021 f-250 for an unscheduled situation. Earl M. in the service department was knowledgeable, communicative and very helpful. He made a stressful situation far less stressful. Very grateful for getting the truck back asap!

Drove a friend to pick up a temporary vehicle whilst His car was being repaired. They've had his car for over 2 months, and they didn't want to provide him with a rental vehicle, but it's in his contract. I find that this place is difficult when dealing with African Americans, and they are treated differently in regard to the quality of service that they receive from upper management. I also have a Ford Explorer truck, but I would never take it here to be serviced because of the treatment that he's experienced for the past 2 months. Having to Uber to work having to catch the train and the bus and public transportation. Although there's nothing wrong with that, however, if there are contractual obligations, I would expect Koons Ford to adhere to it.
