Only 35k miles on my truck. Have brought it here for six routine oil changes. On one of the oil changes they sent me off with 4 qts of oil in an 8 qt engine. On another trip for an oil change they ripped my roof rack off, causing damage to the pillar, roof, and moon roof. The front line staff were really pleasant to deal with. However everyone from them on up really could give a rip about the customer. The first line of customer service manager called me and told me that I should grateful that he was even calling me today because he could have just called me the next day. The general manager Nigel, gave me a lot of customer service speak, but at the end of the day lied to me and told me that the dealer would do something in terms of a service package or a payment to compensate the lost value that I will incur in the long run due to this accident permanently being on my Carfax report. Not to mention the dozens of hours it will take to shepherd the vehicle through the claims and insurance and repair process. But he lied and had an assistant manager called me back and say there was nothing there was they were going to do. Essentially one out of every three times I bring my truck in for a routine oil change, they damage my truck. This service center shouldn't be able to change the wheels on a tricycle, let alone work on customers vehicles. The Toyota product is great but the service is terrible. They will rip you off at every chance they get, overcharge you for routine services, and then they can't even do the work without damaging your vehicle. There is no possible way that I could conceivably trust my vehicle with them again. There is no real benefit to using the dealer for service. Find a local family owned highly rated repair and service mechanic that will care about your vehicle and your service and your business and act with integrity and customer service in mind.

Avoid the waiting room-it’s miserable. Typically filled with people, both music and TV sounds competing.

The staff of this company are very busy at work. They don’t care about the customer’s vehicle. In order to make money, I changed the oil last year. Their staff set a swap on the front bumper of my car. This summer I went to their company again and I changed the oil. And tire mobile oil theft, engine oil is $73 and tires are $30. But the oil was changed to the tires and the money was collected, but the tires did not help me move.
