I had a very seamless experience securing home financing from the Kingsbury team. First of all, they provided a competitive interest rate in the current market. Additionally, they supplied me with numbers for multiple financing scenarios, answered all the questions I had, and worked in a prompt manner that allowed us to close on our home without issue.

Although we ended up using a different provider for our home mortgage, I reached out to Greg Kingsbury at Vellum Mortgage twice for quotes. In both cases he was extraordinarily professional and took the time to explain the quote thoroughly, even though it was fairly clear we were going to end up using the other provider. His rates were extremely competitive and he beat our own provider in both cases. His responsiveness ended up saving us quite a bit of money on our mortgage. If we need mortgage services in the future, whether for a new home loan or a refinance, Greg will definitely be my first call.

Greg and Alysia were great. It's my second time working with them and they worked quickly to answer all questions and move the process along. The seller wanted a 21 day close which felt very aggressive but the Vellum team was unfazed and made it happen. They also were competitive about matching and beating other estimates we got so I'm happy about the rate we received.
