I've always passed this store for the big box thinking they wouldn't have what I needed. I was wrong! Recently I've been dropping in there because they are so close and I've haven't been disappointed yet! Not only that, when I need salt, they deliver...for free! This is a really great place and good prices!

NOTE: the response from the owner was a bunch of words typed without any real information. thanks for the lip service.Original review: If it wasn't conveniently close, I'd go elsewhere. The overpriced products is the biggest deterrent. If you don't want to drive the extra 2 miles and save money, sure, go here.

The Annapolis K&B true value has the advantages of a franchise corporation, while maintaining the culture of a neighborhood "Mom & Pop" store. In spite of its petite square footage, It manages to remain organized and stocked with just about anything you could need. I often find things there that I can't find at Warehouse competitors. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they get to know you, reinforcing that neighborhood shop feel. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I would highly recommend this clean, well organized hardware store for all of your housing needs. Jared and his team are meticulous about each item they select to display on their shelves and provide a friendly, helpful store atmosphere.

This place is pretty great. The owner and employees are super knowledgeable and helpful. You can kinda just walk-in and say “I want to do X” and they can help you find exactly what you need!

A truly great local business. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Multiple times I have come in and asked "can I do X with x?" Or "I'm doing X what products would you recommend?" And they always know what you are asking and give stellar recommendations.

This is the best hardware store in Annapolis. They have everything you need to fix things around the house PLUS the very best random kitchen supplies you never knew you needed. In the spring they have vegetables and flowers for sale; you can get mulch, bird seed, even salt for water treatment. Staff is always very kind!

This is a very well run True Value, great selection and knowledgeable helpful staff. Tim just ran up a ladder for me to find something i was looking for, even when they were about to close. Thanks for the help.

I try to shop locally but they dont always have what I need sadly. Theres mulch all over the place out front along with plants but its right in driving areas, last thing I want is for someone to zoom in while Im trying to lug mulch across the street. My beef was that I went to get hose parts and an employee asked me if I wanted help, the first time nicely, the second time kind of urging me to hurry up so him and another coworker could put grills in the aisle for the night. I had a list of stuff to get but just got one item instead. This place needs a bigger lot and area so people arent shoved out the way at 17:25 for them to reload stuff thats in the front of the store. Total bummer I'll just go to home depot or amazon

I'm only giving it 2 stars because they always have the water treatment I need for my house .The second star is for the ladies behind the register.But if you like the fact you are followed the hold time you are there then have at it .I will just order from Amazon..

Great local hardware store. Great selection of things that would take hours to find at big box store. Eclectic selection of goods throughout the store. Will deliver within a certain distance.

This store is in a convenient location from my house. Parking is plentiful, the store is clean and well-stocked, and the check-out staff is very nice. However, it can be a challenge to track down the staff, to lure them away from what they're doing, and to hold their attention once you have it. So the store is good for people who know what they're doing and where to find what they need without assistance, rather than newbies to home maintenance like me.I increased my review by one star because the owner responded to me quickly with a welcome offer of help. Thank you.
