Needed to get fitted for a wedding and rushed in a few minutes before closing and the gents were gracious enough to get me taken care of.

My experience at Jos A. Banks in Annapolis was magnificent. Rondell and Art were two of the most helpful, courteous and pleasant gentlemen I have ever met. Although the store was busy, they were very attentive. I can't imagine ever shopping for a suit anywhere else.

Went in to buy a Reserve suit but the first salesman had no idea what I was talking about and then the manager acted like I was inconveniencing him. He walked away to help other customers while talking to me. Guess they are only interested in selling cheap suits, which is their stock in trade. Old Joe Bank is spinning in his grave.

First time customer looking for a suit and a few dress shirts. Walked in and wasn't acknowledged in the slightest manner by the employee in the front after being in the store for more than a few minutes and looking around in the front of the store. Mind you, he was assisting no one. I was ready to leave after that experience but we decided to walk to the back of the store where we were greeted by a very nice gentleman named Rondell. He was busy with other customers but took the time out to greet us and asked if we needed assistance (which we did) and he informed us he would assist us once done with his other customers. That was perfectly fine with us as most customers simply want acknowledgement and communication. Once done with his previous customers, he took the time to find out what we were looking for and what best fit our needs. Got measured and ended up with several suit and shirt purchases which we are getting tailored there as well. Rondell definitely saved the day because we were on our way out of the door and headed to Macys. Great professionalism and customer service. We will be back to see him!

I bought a tie clip from here maybe 6 months ago for an interview, clip was gold and silver. 6 months later, the gold is falling off (made in china) the manager wouldn’t exchange for another tie clip. $40 for a tie clip should be good for a year minimum. Don’t buy this cheap china materials.

This review is purely for the tailoring services they provide. The tailor has little to no knowledge on suit styles and trends. If you just want your pants hemmed then I’m sure it’s fine as that is something simple enough for him. If you are looking for a customized suit experience, I would recommend finding a tailor that can help customize your suit to your body type and the style you are trying to go for. The tailor also seemed very annoyed acting as if fitting me was an inconvenience which completely boggled my mind. After suggesting I would take it elsewhere they insisted on me staying. Also most of the reps seemed like they hated helping customers. But I guess in terms of tailoring you get what you pay for as it’s the cheapest around.

Got fitted over 5 months ago. Finally went in last Friday to pick it up and was told my rental would be ready on the following Wednesday. The employee said he had my name and that it just wasn’t here yet. Made me a little nervous being a week out from the wedding but thought it would be ok. The groom went to pick up a few tux’s today for other groomsmen and was told that mine specifically was never actually put into the system. Josabank then tried to force me to buy a tux as the only option. They literally lied to my face that Friday instead of confirming in the system. I would have been possibly able to fix the issue then but the employee lied and told me a pick up date. How a tux place is this out of the norm for an industry that requires attention to detail is concerning.A little back story of my entire journey with Josabank. They refused to fit me for almost a month due to them not having someone available to fit. Tried scheduling and every single date was, sorry they’re out of town on that day. I tried over 10 different dates over the course of calling them 3 different times. I was also told sorry we can’t fit you tn when they closed 2 hrs later. They would also not give me a date of availability for them. I just don’t think they wanted to actually do any fittings. I decided to go to Men’s Warehouse because they apart of the same entity now and offer the ability to do the fittings there for tux rentals thru Josa. The guy at Men’s Warehouse was great and got me fitted. He told me that he would put the info into the system and that I would pay and pick up everything one week prior to my event from Josa. Josa has an entry for me but never processed it. This obviously did not happen and now have a huge situation on my hands. Also josa does not understand their own process and would avoid this location at all costs especially if it involves your special day.
