Poorly managed dealership. Jordan was polite but made 2 empty promises. Matthew acted like it was his first day on the job and didn't know how to provide sales assistance. I asked a couple questions but he was not knowledgeable. George could have cared less about helping or providing guidance. Almost always these things convert to what an owner experiences throughout the term of ownership. Poor experiences like these are avoidable and it begins with leadership. I do not recommend initiating a relationship with Johnson Kia of Annapolis.

Service at this dealership was horrible. Sean would not respond to my calls or emails.Getting warranty work completed is a nightmare.I’d recommend not using this dealership until they start treating customers better.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership, I took my car in to be serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor Stefano was super friendly and helpful. He gave me a wonderful discount on my service and treated me kindly. Will definitely be back to have my vehicle serviced again!

We recently had our first service appointment with them due to noise while braking. They (particularly Stefano Rinaldi) were professional, quick, and very fair. We made an appt online Thursday late night, brought it in Friday morning, and they’d diagnosed the issue and done a thorough inspection by early afternoon, repairs complete by 3:00. The price was very reasonable compared to what we were expecting. They’ve earned our trust.

If I could give a 0 I would. I’ve been trying to have Shawn who is the service manager fix a warrantied covered issue with my car since August 4th. I’ve been there multiple times and not only is it still not fixed, he ignores messages and calls. Quite literally the worst service I’ve ever received for an issue that should take less than an hour to correct. Save your time and patience and go to Glen Burnie. 1/2/24 updateNobody reached out to me after the response from kia. I finally tried emailing the GM and finally got a answer. That the dealership is opening a kia tech line case to help fix the vehicle and wait for kia direction.So I called KIA corporate to see if they had a update and they called the dealership.Someone at the dealer told corporate that they ordered a part 1-2 in all of the u.s.a and they don't know when it would be in.Mind you this was 1 day after I got the email about tech line. Also that they would be calling be at 5pm to get me in a vehicle in the mean time.I never got a call and still has been without a call from the dealer. I'm at this point not sure what's going on if they are working on it.Review start originalSummaryThis is one of the worst experiences I've ever had buying a car. Shawn in service won't return my calls, and the general manager I've called, emailed with no response. I'm at over $650 now in rentals and my car is in the shop for week 2 with no movement at all. Which says they aren't working on the car. I hope they don't do this to everyone as it's been so stressful.StoryI after 10 years decided to purchase a new vehicle for reliability. My mother is in cancer treatment and needs to be taken to appointments frequently. My old car honda civic went 10 years with no issues at all!The salesman janni was overall decent through this whole process. They did tack on at the last minute a almost $1000 charge for a ceramic coating. Which wasn't actually put on the car until my 2nd time breaking down.1st time breaking down (complete engine failure, unable to press gas and sit on side of the road until I restart the vehicle multiple times to be able to move the car) I took the car in and they gave me rental and were decently nice about it.2nd time breaking down I was still very nice about everything and took the car in and got a rental. (Same car issue) This is where it started to get painful for me.The mechanic took my car home via my approval to test car. He took the car 85+mph and I was furious as the break in period wasn't up on the car. Shawn the service manager barely made this an issue at all. I asked for gas to compensate for the mechanic doing this but was ignored.Shawn also had the coating put on, and the chipped paint. As I walk outside to look at the chips that were fixed, they were in fact not fixed. When I told him he was in disbelief and we decided to fix them on the 1st oil change. What other option did I have?3rd time breaking down (under 2k miles)The 3rd time I almost got into a accident since the car s gas pedal is unresponsive when this happens. Luckily I made it to the far lane of Suitland parkway and started cycling the ignition.I was told this time that no rental was Available for weeks. Now it's costing me 350+ a week for rental.Nobody has called or even touched the car. This is the worst experience ever. It's not their fault the car was made by kia but the service is very bad but with No communication at all it. All they have to do is let me know whats going on. This Leaves me with no car and more money on rentals every week.I at this point am left dealing with this and wish I would of never bought a car here.Sadly it's also messing with me taking car of my mother. I have to have reliable car which it's sitting at the dealership currently.I can't be the only person they are doing this to. I've also been super nice and understanding after all that's happened. That's why I can't understand why they won't communicate with me.

Had a service appointment at Kia of Annapolis for the first time. I had an outstanding experience with the service manager, Stefano His exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and efficient communication made the entire process seamless. I appreciate his dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and would highly recommend Stefano as a service manager.

My fiancé and I purchased a 2023 Kia Sorento Sx, Jordan was more than helpful and patient in assisting us with our purchase! He made sure we left with the vehicle we wanted. Jerry was also helpful in finance making sure all our questions were answered and we had all the information needed.Great dealership overall!

The service department is not good at all, I just got this car 2 months ago and the trim piece on the back lefting up, I call the service department about the problem and they set the appointment and I went there , they told me they don’t have any records of my appointment, the service guy took pictures of it and said he will order the part and call me and been 2 weeks and haven’t heard from them. I call today and told them and they acting like they know nothing about it. I regret purchasing this Kia. Save your money don’t go to this dealership . Service department don’t care . I am in the process of trading the car in to Toyota

The service center did not process my online regular maintenance service appointment request for the next day, did not answer the phone the morning of the appointment request and did not return the voice mail. I showed up at the appointment time and they did take my car for servicing... maybe they were slow/ had availability, since it was Christmas weekend.

Could not be more dissatisfied with the service department at this dealership. They don't return phone calls and they skill level is way below average. I've been trying to have a trailer towing wiring harness installed since I bought my Telluride in Jan. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Got a CPO Kia from here this week. Nice, easy, smooth experience with these guys. No sneaky add-ons or fees, price quoted was the price ultimately paid. Go see Yanni in sales. Chris the GM and Jerry the Finance manager were also all pleasant and good to work with.

If you want someone that is knowledgable, professional, and easy to talk to, go see Matt Price! Our buying experience was amazing! Matt was very thorough and worked with us to get the best price we could get. He talked us through the process with ease and made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase. He went the extra mile to make sure our new car was sparkling clean inside and out. I will definitely purchase future cars from Matt and I would highly recommend him and the dealership!

We have received phenomenal service at Johnson Kia. I appreciate how easy it is to get an appointment next day or same day if needed. Other dealerships in the area for Kia take 2-3 weeks to get an appointment. Also for longer service (week or longer) visits the dealership has loaners which helps. I have never had the option of a loaner at other Kia dealerships in the Area. Sean the Service Manager is phenomenal and makes sure your car issues are addressed correctly. I have been getting my cars (2 Kias) serviced at this dealership since it opened in November 2022.
