Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They do not return phone calls and I have actually had to call corporate several times so they could call and get answers. They have had my car for two weeks and plan to another one or two. I am approved for a loaner or rental compensation and all I keep getting is “we will see” DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Terrible service department. Poor to no communication, wrong phone number on their website, no return calls, with dangerous and poor-quality service practices.
I had my KIA Sorento in for service 3 times and each time there were issues. The first time they did a simple oil and filter change with tire rotation. They spilled oil in the engine compartment and left oily figure prints in the interior. When I pointed it out, they gave me a hard time but eventually cleaned it up while I waited.
To make matters worse, they didn't tighten all 4 wheel locks. The only way I knew was one fell off in my driveway when I got home. In addition, they over tightened the lug nuts by 20-to-30-foot pounds when they rotated the tires. This could have cracked my factory wheels. Fortunately, I have a torque wrench, so I was able to correct everything.
They also needed to order some parts and I was told they would have them in 2 days. I waited 2 weeks but never received a call. I called myself and was told it would be another week. A month goes by with no phone call. Once again, I called to check and was told the parts came in. After 52 days, my car was finally repaired but only because I had to repeatedly call myself.
The third time, they did another oil and filter change with tire rotation. Once again, they spilled oil in the engine compartment and over tightened the lug nuts by 20-to-30-foot pounds when they rotated the tires.
To make matters worse, it has taken up to 6 calls a week to reach someone, even after leaving messages. They don't pick up the phone and don't return calls.
After my 3rd service visit, I received a Service Follow Up Letter via email from their General Manager. I replied with all my concerns above, and he never had the professional to courtesy to reply back.
I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere if you care about quality service on your vehicle.

First off, I want to thank Kia Johnson for making my car leasing purchase smooth and friendly. Many dealerships said “no,” and just ran down my credit. I got a vehicle on my birthday which was Friday, May 17th. One of the best gifts I’ve given to myself in such a long time. I want to thank Lamonte and Geo, they were very knowledgeable and tag teamed to get the deal done. They gave me an amazing trade in offer and that was my down payment. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has “credit” issues. I’ve made plenty of other dealership reviews so please don’t think I’m paid to speak on my experience, but when customer service, hospitality, and knowledgeable people come together- you walk away as a satisfied customer with a car that’s within your payment range and they’re a one stop shop every also offer insurance. Go ahead and head over there and get you a car you can depend on!

I had my vehicle serviced at Johnson Kia of Annapolis. I took my vehicle in for several repairs and recalls. The service adviser Stephano was professional and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. He also called to inform me other items that needed to be addressed but did not me pressure to have them done. I appreciated that he respected my decision. I will definitely use Johnson Kia in the future.

I had an amazing experience at Johnson Kia. All of the staff were friendly and supportive. George is a superstar. He is honest and straightforward. He listens and I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed. I have been a Honda person for more than 20 years but I am glad that I gave Johnson Kia a try. I got a great deal. I had some financial and credit issues but they worked with me to get something safe, reliable and fun within my budget. I give them my highest recommendation!

I definitely will be back …I went absolutely everywhere under the sun and wasn’t approved anywhere ANYWHERE but DON was able to get me approved and LAMONT WAS GREAT BOTH REALLY NICE GUYS … love it here and definitely will be back everyone was awesome and I love my brand new car

Annapolis Kia dealership is a horrible. First they had my car for 7 months due to engine recall, then when I finally received my vehicle back, the A/C is not working properly, Stefano the service manager tells me the A/C was not working when they received the vehicle... Lies. He was quick to tell me they could fix for it $269. Yeah right. Long story short, do not go to Kia of Annapolis dealership.
