Intrinsics service is top notch. Bob and his team are incredibly responsive. They do spectacular work on time at a fair price. They follow up to make sure I am satisfied. As important they are a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend them enough!

Intrinsic installed a ProNautic battery charger and an additional house battery on my Cobia 277. Wiring and custom fabrication were all done to ABYC standards. Just returned from a fishing trip in Cape May, where I plugged in after every trip and had a full charge for the next day. Very pleased with the results.

I have owned 6 boats all have had serious sound systems. I called Intrinsic Yacht & Ship explained that I wanted my system to provide crisp, strong base and exceptionally clear sound quality at very loud volumes. Without question they delivered……. even beyond my expectations, best system I have ever owned, period! My friends can’t believe how good my system sounds commenting that it sounds better than most home stereos. Bottom line if you want the best Intrinsic Yacht deliverers big time! In addition, I had them install LED underwater lights a few years ago. Unfortunately, they stopped working. They not only replaced them but provided higher quality brand new LEDs from another manufacturer at no charge. My new LEDs are awesome! Many thanks to the great team at Intrinsic!

I am local and was skeptical going into Intrinsic to service my '13 Whaler 370 because I had some preconceived notions about dealers due to a couple of bad experiences in the past, but let me start by saying Intrinsic Yacht blew me away. The wife and I are planning a coastal jaunt around Mother's Day and she wanted to make sure the engines were up to muster before we hit the water (We stored the boat outdoors this past year). We received a warm welcome and the staff could not have been more polite and friendly. The service was top notch, they even went out of their way to explain the benefits of preventive maintenance after they fully inspected the mechanical condition of my outboards without ever pressuring me for an additional sale. They were extremely efficient in meeting my admittedly unrealistic timeline and communicated thoroughly and transparently the entire time. What more can you ask for? Intrinsic will certainly be my new home for maintenance in the future, and maybe for a new boat eventually if the wife is on board :)
