Wish I could do 0 stars!!Do yourself a huge favor and find a better bank… they close all the good locations & now are charging a $8 FEE FOR NOT HAVING 200$ in your account every day…. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT!!! Craziest thing I’ve ever heard.. you get penalized for having to live paycheck to paycheck… screw Howard bank.

I hadn’t used my account for 4 months because they temporarily closed the 2 branches closest to me and I wanted to close my account. I was just going to wait u til they opened back up to close it instead of driving 60 miles round trip. Turns out I had a $100 charge go through while I wasn’t using my account. Instead of calling or emailing to let me know further action would take place if the issue wasn’t handled. They charged me out and sent my info to the checks system. I have many stories of how this bank inconvenienced me and treated me terribly. I would NEVER recommend this bank to even my worst enemy. Awful customer service!!
