While i have been satisfied with the work at Honda of Annapolis in the past, this last service 8/30/24 left me highly dissatisfied. As part of the “A” wrench service I also asked and paid for them to evaluate a sound coming from somewhere. Upon receiving the car back after service the ‘audio’ had been turned off. After driving and hearing no music I discovered the ‘audio’ notification. I pulled off the road and called the shop about resetting my audio. I was told ‘you signed a release’ giving the dealership the right to evaluate the sound and to do the evaluation so the audio had to be turned off. I stated the audio could have been turned down (not off) to achieve the same result. The response did not address the fact that the ‘audio’ was not restored AT ALL prior to the return of the car to me - a failure which created angst as I did not know how to reset the ‘audio’. Hence, the current rating. The ‘audio’ was on when the car was delivered for service, no issue was found, and staff should have restored the ‘audio’ as on as it was turned as when the car was turned over to them. Someone dropped the ball!!

I was in the market for a 2025 Pilot and they had the Touring model and color we were interested in. Test drove the car on two separate occasions with no pressure to purchase. The salesman was knowledgeable on all the features and answered our questions without hesitation. Considered making the deal but my wife was disappointed that it didn’t have a heated steering wheel. No problem, the sales staff offered to have one installed. Now that’s how you make a customer happy! A few minutes later we had negotiated a deal where we were both comfortable and left with our new Pilot. This was a great car buying experience- thanks Honda of Annapolis, you’re the best.

Wonderful experience! The folks here were all super friendly and they fixed my AC for way less than I thought it would be. I will bring my Honda CRV back here every single time.
