Disappointed..called Thursday to make appointment to have duplicate ignition key made.. operator calls parts to verify they have one in stock (they do).. got an appointment for 10:45 am the following Saturday..I arrived at the dealership at 10:30 after 30
Minutes waiting (waiting room was freezing) I was advised there’s no key available, it must have been sold .. they then asked me to pay for the key and they would order one and call
me on Tuesday to set up another appointment ..they could have said on Thursday when I called the first time, you can pay for the part ahead of time to guarantee it will be available when you come in on Saturday but they didn’t .. the whole experience felt like an unnecessary run around.. the only upside was the initial service writer at the dealer on Saturday.. very friendly,polite,professional and knew his job.

I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as our sales representative, Arbin. The dealership personnel are straightforward and a pleasure to work with. Their pricing was posted right on the front door and they delivered what was advertised and then some. They did not try any high pressure sales tactics, which we greatly appreciated. Definitely include this dealership in your car search if you are looking for a Honda.

Mostly satisfactory on recent recall work on my 2007 CRV. I just wish that they gave the correct time estimate either on the letter Honda sent or during my call to schedule the appointment. I had to take it back another day, because it took all day instead of an hour or two.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful and did not try to sell me anything other than the services I requested. Only drawback was the service took a bit longer than they originally estimated.
