“It's a beautiful store with an eclectic feel. they have some if the coolest stuff in there! If your haven't been in before, I highly recommend you stop in. I really feel it's important to support our local businesses, especially right now.”
“Recently purchased a rocker recliner from here. This was our first La-Z-Boy and Melissa was great to work with. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about the product/brand. Overall really great experience.”
“The cutest boutique featuring handcrafted, fair-trade, and unique gifts from around the world. As a frequently traveler, I was delighted to see so many cultures represented in Mango & Main. I will certainly be back!”
“The first thing you need to understand is that the primary focus of the business is contractors not individual members of the public, at least when it comes to the "paint" part of what they do. Accordingly, they don't make customer service their #1 job. But they are super knowledgeable and gave an incredible line of products. I've been working with them for a long time and received great painting and wallpaper contractor recommendations from them. They are nice to me now and give me discounts when I buy direct. I've also used the "decorating" part of the business and, again, they have great selections on fabric, wallpaper, and rugs and their work is great. So just keep your expectations on service calibrated correctly and you will be happy.”
“Absolutely outstanding service from Jonathan at Sleep Number! He recently came out to set up our new Sleep Number bed, and we couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to explain all the features of our new bed and ensured everything was perfectly set up. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. We're now enjoying the best sleep ever thanks to Jonathan's excellent service. Highly recommend! Five stars all the way!”
“Sopona (excuse if spelled incorrectly) was extremely helpful when fixing a very stupid mistake I made when ordering my items online. I chose to pick up in the Annapolis store instead of having my order shipped to me. She expedited the change and was very pleasant and efficient. Thank you from Ocean City, MD. ?”
“This is a beautiful little place to shop for special gifts. I love coming here when I'm in town and it's within walking distance of where I stay. I always find just the right thing.”
“Very cute store and found some great items! Love that there’s a variety and that most items are handmade. Store is actually a lot bigger than it looks and a great place to find unique items and souvenirs from Annapolis. They have another store at the mall but this one seems to have a lot cooler items.
Recommend!”

150 Jennifer Rd, Annapolis“Excellent quality and service was provided for my purchase from Manager Grant. He was able to hold a couch for me that I was looking at another location that just had sold. He showed me delivery company that the store uses and how to get it delivered that same day. Grant was very respectful and helpful not only to me but to all the customers and his staff!”

150-L Jennifer Rd, Annapolis“The store has SOME nice finds, some months are definitely better than others. June and July are the off months for places like HomeGoods, a lot of picked over things and not a lot of new inventory.
-Take a good LOOK at the items in the clearance section, there is a REASON why it's there, they don't care if it's broke or anything, it's going in the clearance…
-I find the summer things to be too cheesy sometimes and prefer to shop in the spring/fall/winter months.
-Haven't used the bathrooms to check if they are clean, but they do have bathrooms here, and it's next to a busy pizza shop and juice smoothie place.”
“Great service by Brianna! Extremely pleasant to work with and not pushy in the least bit. I wasn’t able to buy this time but I will definitely return when finances allow.”
“Salina at Arhaus Annapolis is amazing. She helped me pick out a beautiful rug for our home, even finding it in stock in another region so we didn’t have to wait so long for delivery. Even when it arrived with slight dye issues, Salina went above and beyond by ordering me a replacement and allowing us to keep the original until it arrived. I was so impressed by her professionalism, friendliness and design eye. She is truly an example of someone who really cares about her clients.”
“Man, did I ever feel old when I walked into here. I haven't been inside a Urban Outfitters in a very long time and it really shows. The last time I was in one was looking for clothes to go to a retro night event, clothes that were popular in the 90s. But this visit, it was like a punch to the gut.Vinyl records are back in and I had come in here to see which vinyls they had on hand. After searching through their selection, and not finding anything, I wondered around the store to see what else they might have had.I started in the clothing and found nothing that tickled my fancy. Then I decided to see if they had anything in the housewares area. I have been in one of these and found some great deals when it comes in this area and I still have those items. However, when I ventured this way I ended up in a fight that I lost. I first got hit with the cassette tapes. Like they sucker punched me to put me in a daze. Then I get jumped from behind by the disposable cameras. Like, right out of nowhere there they were. I've never been so attacked in my life.Honestly, I kind of wanted to buy them for myself. However, I have no cassette player, and I have no idea where I would go now to develop the film. It was almost museum like coming here, a nice nostalgic walk down memory lane.”
“This is my favorite location to look for home decorations and furniture. All the staff are fantastic. We really like working with Kelly Giordano and Mervat Ajami-Thompson. Both always go above and beyond to help me. They spend time with me and pay attention to all details. I highly recommend this location.”
“My parents had a beautiful wood based chair that they no longer wanted/needed, so they asked if I wanted to take it off their hands. It was barely used and was in excellent condition, but for some odd reason the cushion was sinking. I figured, if I got it reupholstered to the color of my choice and had the cushion replaced, it would be good as new. I took to my handy dandy Yelp app and did a search and Mill End popped up. I'm familiar with the shop, since a family member worked there years ago, but I had no clue they did this type of work. I gave them a call and was told to bring in a picture to evaluate the chair because they didn't want me to be without my chair for a long time. Well, I thought bringing in the chair itself would be easier, since I wasn't in a hurry for it. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable staff member who gushed about how beautiful the chair was. She did an evaluation of what would be needed to repair and reupholster it and then showed me the fabrics that were available in the color I selected. They have a large variety of fabrics on-sight in the store, but they do have options that can be ordered. The one I selected was on-sight. We agreed upon the estimated price, I filled out some paperwork and I was out the door. It was literally that quick and simple. Since they have a pretty extensive client list waiting for their projects before me, my estimated date for the chair to be completed was about 2 months or so.To my surprise, I was called about a month later informing me that my chair was ready. I arrived and was extremely pleased with my brand new chair. The workmanship was beautifully done and the cushion they replaced was perfectly placed. They did such a phenomenal job, my parents wanted their chair back. Lol! Not on my watch! Yes, Mill End is a bit pricey, but so worth it! They're truly professionals. I'm planning to get my dinning room chairs reupholstered in the near future, so I made sure to get an estimate while I was there. I'll absolutely be back in the near future.”
