If I could give zero stars I would. I didn’t even have a chance to experience the hotel. I’ve been trying to inquire about room blocks for my upcoming wedding at this location. My fiancé and I have tried separately to get in contact with Jason Mattern from sales numerous times over the past few weeks with absolutely zero contact back. It’s embarrassing to the brand and I guess they don’t need our business after all.

They make you pay for parking on an app. Which is ridiculous. This location is on the outskirts of Annapolis, Md.. Paying for parking is a reach into your wallets.The room cleanliness is an issue. There was debris on the carpeting. The bathroom was shabby. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. While there, we noticed another customer go back to the desk because someone was in the room they were assigned. Unacceptable.

Unexpected charge for parking even for HH Diamond status member. Room had not enough lighting, fairly dark in desk area, unable to see keys on my laptop. Received upgrade which put me on first floor with a sofabed; travelling alone there is no need for extra bed.

Hotel was your typical HGI. Wish Hilton would give that brand a refresh. Most of these hotels are really starting to show their age. One big negative I had during this stay was that they were charging for parking of on premise parking. Not a garage, just your normal parking lot. Some new system they were testing. $8 per night through some QR code which then charges you a service fee of $1.99 so it's really $9.99. Just increase your rates if you can't find your revenue to cover basics. Don't nickel and dime us for other things we don't expect to pay for.

The hotel is average. Staff is great. The pay for parking they recently added is absurd. There's no security in the lot and it's not a covered garage but they want you to pay. There is no reason for this parking premium except it's a money grab.

When I tell you this has been the stay fromHell, it’s been the stay from hell. Starting with the poor customer service. The customer service rep booked the wrong type of room and due to that the front desk clerk wouldn’t change my room even though the rooms were available. Front desk says I booked this…Why would I book a small room when I’m Traveling with kids. Go play that tape because you will see that I was right. Thank God for customer service with the Hilton honors because they will have a regional manager call me Monday to address this… by the way this is my first stay at Hilton and I’m not impressed. The rooms aren’t updated, there are smudges all over the place and the sink leaks. The tv has smears all over the screen the room could have been cleaned a lot better

Do NOT stay at this hotel! This outrageously expensive hotel is not worth the price whatsoever. We checked in and got a different room than we had paid (extra) for on the app, and the service at the counter was terrible. The attendant made sure to tell us to pay for parking... more than a few times. The room itself was very outdated - despite having cabinets and a coffee pot, the best they can offer as far as comforts at home were two paper cups for our coffee. Fortunately, we didn't drink the coffee anyway. See the picture attached for the mold we found inside the Keurig in our room. Aside from that, I'm not certain our room had ever been cleaned. All of the seats and couches were covered in glitter, as though they had held a high school prom in the room the night before. Not all of the outlets worked, and there was obvious grime in the bathroom area. We started the jacuzzi and immediately saw some black "floaties" in the water... I ended up deciding it was best to just take a shower. Please do not spend a time at this hotel, it is a complete rip-off. I will not be returning, and I definitely intend to cancel my Hilton membership after this stay.

Hotel far out of Annapolis if you want to have some fun it's a little of a hike. Be aware that it is not a free breakfast. But it is a good one.

My experience dealing with this hotel for the room blocks for my upcoming wedding has been absolutely dreadful. Initially, my guests and I were quoted exorbitant rates, only to discover that the rates have plummeted by a staggering 50%. The sales manager, Jason, has been shockingly unresponsive throughout this ordeal.I initially chose this hotel because of the cleanliness and the friendly front desk staff I encountered during my visit. However, the ordeal of dealing with this type of customer service just days before my wedding has been nothing short of torture. I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated, and I can confidently say that I will never book at any other Hilton again.All the rooms in my room block were booked by my guests, and my wedding coordinator made multiple attempts to ensure that other guests could also benefit from the so-called discount. It took her several calls and emails to finally receive a response from Jason.Now, with just 4 days left until my wedding, I urgently require information and responses, yet I'm met with silence. This level of customer service is nothing short of abysmal. I feel deceived and regret not choosing another hotel. This has undoubtedly been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.

Staff was friendly, room is average. I booked this trip from out of state for a week. Sorry Hilton, I'm not paying nine dollars in the morning for the same breakfast as everyone else, and upon extending my reservation now I have to start paying eight dollars a day for a spot and a half empty parking lot? Why don't you just include that in the rate? You've given me a compelling reason to switch hotels where I'll get the same amenities Only with free standard continental breakfast and parking. Hilton brand has completely alienated at least one customer. Hotel itself and staff are nice good location. Moving hotels tomorrow, probably would've stayed here for a month or more.

I just think rooms should be refreshed every day: empty trash and fresh towels without being asked, even if you don't make the beds.

Customer Service Marianna began check in. She told me there would be an incidental charge of $25. She continued to check me in when a black male stopped her, told me my room wasn't ready & I must wait 15 minutes. As I waited, 3 other groups checked in to their rooms. I sat quietlywith my dog.Marianna walked up and asked "is that a service animal?" . Dog barks. She stated "You have a mean dog!" My dog didn't lunge at her or attack her. He just barked.After 25 min, I was told by male that my room was ready. I asked why others who came in after me were checked in for rooms . He stated, my style of room wasn't ready. I asked "so what room was she checking me into?"I accepted the male's answer, but then Marianna jumped in & said "well I was just checking you into room"I replied "that doesn't make sense. How can you check me into a room when I was told me 25 minutes ago you didn't have a room, & you gave me back my credit card without checking me in?"I turned toward my girlfriend sitting at back of lobby & shouted "DOES THIS MAKE SENSE? HOW CAN YOU CHECK A PERSON IN TO ROOM WHEN YOU DONT HAVE THE ROOM?"The male said he'd get me checked in. Marianna stood stewing in silence but staring at me as she knew what she had just told me didn't make sense.10 seconds of silence passed as I waited for the black male to check me in. Marianna suddenly blurted out "if you shout again. We'll cancel your reservation!"I was confused because I hadn't said anything in 10 seconds. I said , "I'm not even talking. You're talking"She threatened 2 more times to cancel my stay & told the male to cancel me even though I hadnt raised my voice since shouting to my girlfriend.I said "seems Someone is shook up here"Marianna suddenly shouts "DID YOU JUST TELL ME TO SHUT UP?! Cancel it!" Cancel it!"Marianna was on a Tirade. She was trying make up a reason to kick me out. She then told the male to "CHARGE HIM UP".I feared she would fraudulently charge me. Made my stay uncomfortable. Other guest have complained about bogus charges here. I will share my story on social media. Her threats to charge my credit card up, and attempting to find a made up reason to kick me out are unprofessional.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Staff are very courteous and attentive. Plenty to do nearby, but still in a quieter area which is nice.

Great location, but that's where the good ends. The rooms are decent, but the bathroom was very crusty. It was very obvious the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were fingerprints on the headboard and the bathroom just feel icky. The pillows were like sandbags. I did not sleep once wink. A total waste of money. Will never.
