Unexpected charge for parking even for HH Diamond status member. Room had not enough lighting, fairly dark in desk area, unable to see keys on my laptop. Received upgrade which put me on first floor with a sofabed; travelling alone there is no need for extra bed.

The hotel is average. Staff is great. The pay for parking they recently added is absurd. There's no security in the lot and it's not a covered garage but they want you to pay. There is no reason for this parking premium except it's a money grab.

Close to the naval academy and close to downtown annapolis. Nice, reliable hotel, especially if your a Hilton points user.Nearby activities: Naval academy
