I got my haircut today by Courtney ( pink hair). She did an amazing job. Her customer service skills were on point. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Courtney also educated me on how many time to wash my hair . I was washing it everyday lol. I went in with a 4 year old home dye job. Then ends were to my waist and hair had gotten thinner with age. She cut all the dyed hair off, put in layer and framed layers around my face. I got so many compliments before I got home. My teenage daughter even said “ Mommy it looks so good and you look so naturally beautiful with that cut. Thank you so much Courtney. I Appreciate the time you took to make me feel like a priority. I will definitely see you in 8 weeks for a touch up.

Sally at the Hair Cuttery in Annapolis is great! Very flexible, greate customer service. Cuts, relaxerd, highlights.....she can do it all.
Stylist: Sally is very friendly, timely, and knowledgeable. A great personality with excellent customer service.

What a great place ! Everyone is always friendly and it’s very laid back. I never fail to see someone I know when I am there so it’s clear that they do a great job.
Jess has done my hair for just over two years. She’s great ! Shes taken me from dark to light and fixed any hare brained ideas I had in between ( pun intended :)

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
THE HATEFUL OLD ASIAN LADY CUT MY THROAT! AND CHARGED $35... UNACCEPTABLE.
I hate it for the better hair stylists here but the older Asian lady is horrible! I could tell it wasn't going to be good from the get go by her attitude.
The haircut was mediocre at best but the "beard trim" was a joke! She was just trying to get finished with my hair like it was a race. There were chairs empty and nobody waiting. She was in such a hurry she did a shorty job and James the trimmers in to my neck. She said "oh, sorry" then got some baby powder on a towel and danged it and said "it ok, put some baby powder on it." Zero remorse or care that she just cut my neck all to pieces.
THEN SURE CHARGED ME $35 FOR WHAT SHE DID.
Stylist: I don't know her name. The older Asian lady that has a booth in the back side of the center section. After cutting my throat she kept asking if I was from out of town and if I would be coming back. Pretty positive she was price gouging me for being from out of town.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. I went to trim my hair, my sister explained very well how we wanted the cut, she even showed who (she passed the razor to my twin sister) what the cut was like. Summary the woman who said she was from Syria (she didn't tell me her name) left me in such a mess that I had to get up from my chair and say am done, enough is enough. Manager take care about this terrible issue. Why do they have people who don't even know how to handle scissors?

Today, while I came and visited Hair Cuttery and Yuri, I had the best quality custer service experience. Yuri was very attentive, very kind and patient, and showed me dignity and grace. She saw the hair cut photos I would like and saw them and explained in detail about my how my hair was cut and explained how to shape my hair. Yuri fit me in when I needed a quality customer service. She and the rest of the staff at Hair Cuttery made it very pleasant. Because of Yuri being very professional, caring, showed me Grace and Dignity, I will be a returning customer, because of my bad experience with Sports Clips in Annapolis, I believe that Hair Cuttery other hair stylist and Yuri will be a much better fit for me and my hair needs. Yuri deserves to be highly recognized for her professionalism, very unique way to cut my hair, taught me hairstyles and products I want to learn more. For this review, I would give Yuri and Hair Cuttery a 100 star rating and me being a now lifetime customer.

Sally was the hairstylist for my daughter. The first issue is that when I was trying to describe the types of layers my daughter wanted, she agreed, but then did something different. When I asked, she told me her hair was too thin (there was no mention of that at first).
The bigger issue is that she seemed blunt and not very customer centered. Toward the end, she was belligerent when she wanted to add an extra charge for long hair for my very petite just 11 year old with (even according to the stylist) very thin hair... so we are not talking about a lot of hair. When I said I would pay it but did not plan to return because at that rate I could get it done more cheaply at Bubbles, she literally argued with me that I couldn't. This is NOT the way to be customer centered or even interpersonally appropriate.
And it is true: I will not be back. The only reason we came is that my daughter really wanted her hair cut before a school concert, and neither Ulta nor my salon had openings. As it is, at her next cut, I'm sure the stylist I take her to will be cleaning up the layers that were just put in. P.S. Regarding safety standards, the brush used on my daughter's hair did not appear to be completely clean. When I asked about it, Sally said she sanitized it.

Horrible experience for myself and one daughter. The stylists didn't listen to our requests and cut off WAY too much. They seemed in a rush. One was even helping other clients during our appointment time.
