I shopped two days ago ,This place is ok to shop.But the deli they need help and some of the other thing in the store need help and need to be addressed .some of the customers service employees are very rude and nasty

this place sucks! The cashier was rude to my girlfriend! This is an outrage, my girlfriend is a very special person and anyone that's rude to her gets NO respect from me.Tiramisu was pretty good though so I'll give it two stars instead of one

Ordered a half sheet chocolate cake with butter cream icing for a 50th anniversary party that was DELICIOUS!! It was very moist. and the icing was a cut above. Everyone loved it. It was beautifully decorated and they provided a nice knife for cutting that worked perfectly.

so currently at store. yogurt clearly labeled zero sugar. got fight with 23 staffer who don't want to give discount. they select certain brand and not give discount. beware of shopping here. go somewhere else!!

I've shopped at Graul's in Annapolis for years and today I decided after a very rude employee made me even more angry than yesterday. I shopped at Grauls on Tuesday and purchased a Cornish game hen package that was Purdue and when I started dinner last evening I opened the package and the hens were spoiled. The smell was awful so I took the package to the dumpster. I just called to let them know that the hens were spoiled and she immediately said bring the hens in for a refund. I told her I tossed them because of the smell and I didn't want that in my fridge. She said nothing they could do. I said seriously for $10.00 dollars you want to lose a long time customer. She didn't care and her attitude was awful. I suggest the management review who answer the phone and correct the issues. I personally just needed a real good reason to start shopping at Trader Joe's.

Grails is usually my go to place for birthday cakes but they really outdid themselves this year with Barbie cake I ordered for my daughter’s 7 Birthday! I sent them an email explaining the theme for the party, a picture of the cake design I was thinking about, as well as the Barbie I purchased and they went above and beyond! The bakers even had so much fun decorating it! It was exactly what I wanted and a huge hit with my daughter and her friends. If you are looking for a custom cake, definitely go to Grauls. The cakes are delicious and affordable!

I came here today while I was hunting for fresh sourdough bread and Graul's delivered! I was close by so I decided to throw a hail mary and come here in a last ditch effort. I don't normally shop here as it's a little out of the way, but as a local, I've been here before and it's always been kind of the cute, cozy, community grocery store. Yes -- it's a tad more expensive than Safeway because it's local, but they always have a really great selection of local produce, food items, and you can't beat the deli during lunch (the line today wrapped around the deli counter). I was able to find the bread I was looking for and, while I was in the bakery area waiting for my bread to be sliced, I also noticed they had apple cider donuts available (had one for dessert tonight and it was killer). I also took that time to take advantage of their chicken tender meal deal at the deli which also hit the spot -- potato wedges NEED to be a food group. I just wish this grocery store were a little closer to my neighborhood. That said, I now know where to go for my bakery needs when Safeway is slacking or if I want a quick lunch.

Best donuts. Beats all other local spots. Had them a week ago but didn't want to comment until we tried again. The donuts are thick but not dense, the frosting is just that not overwhelming, the size is huge but not ridiculous, and the price for a dozen is better than other locations both small business and corporations.

Great Annapolis institution. Always have what you need at a fair price and with great staff. Their produce is local and the sweet corn this time of year is outstanding!
