Great salesman but finance office is shady. Beware of them Telling you your approved for the car then wait 2 months for it to be ready. Call you to come pick up the car and sign paperwork and test drive it. Then they tell me they let the loan expire and it didn't go through the second tim. Disappointed is an understatement. Also I did give them money to hold the car which was my down payment. I have not got my down Payment back yet. The told me 7 to 10 days. I will never give my money to anything that has to do with Criswell.

Appointment made online and was super easy and convenient. Ben was very personable and knowledgeable. My service was completed in a reasonable time. The waiting area was clean and you are able to charge your devices easily.

I have come to this location quite a few times for an oil change. The last two times I came to receive service with an appointment I had issues with the order my ticket was placed by the desk agent.Today I came in to get an oil change for my vehicle at 9:00am and waited 2 hours for an oil change. When noticing other customers were checked out who came in after me I asked to see what was the status of my vehicle. My assigned service agent advised that my ticket was shuffled in the wrong order please note this is after I have waited for 1.5 hours with no prior update.When I asked for a manger I received an apology with no further compensation for my time that was taken. My next oil change will no longer take place here. If you have an appointment please note you will be seen faster as a walk-in.

slowest service I've ever had, was told an hour wait. little did I know a little oil change was going to take almost 3 hours. this shop is a joke and I would avoid it if possible.

very poor communication and agreed repairs not completed prior to sale. dealership did not fully compensate us for agreed repair.Would not buy another car here

This is my second Acura I have purchased from Criswell Acura. Both times Sandra Massey was my salesperson. Sandra provides exceptional service and it very patient. I was undecided as to which truck/car I wanted to purchase. Sandra took the time to explain all the features. I would definitely recommend Sandra and Criswell if you are looking to purchase an Acura.
