I have been to the store at the Annapolis Mall several times over the past few months. Many associates have been on the floor but not one acknowledges my or other customers entrance into the store. No welcome, or let me know if I can be of assistance. Poor customer service. It was not like this in the past. I love your store but I do not feel welcome there.

Bought a long flowy maxi dress and sales clerk rolled it up in a little ball and put it in one of their small cloth bags. The dress was wrinkle city when I got home. Thought that a sales clerk would have more respect for the merchandise.

sales associate was so rude from the minute she said something to me. Has blue hair. If you go in and see her I suggest walking right back out the door. I love free people’s clothes though, just not the experience the workers gave.

Didn’t think when we walked in that the associates would racially profile and make my fiancé uncomfortable but that happened. They stared at my fiancé and followed us around the whole time.
