Stacy made me feel uncomfortable and gave me lots of attitude and it made me feel unwelcome in it. She didn’t answer my questions except for one which was where is the dressing rooms. I don’t believe she should be fired but should definitely be watched and even re trained.

Today I visired Francescas's in Annapolis for the first time. Joyce was my associate and she was friendly, kind, and courteous. Thank you Joyceyou were awesome. I usually go to the Alexandria store, but I will be returning to Annapolis more often.

Our girls love this store. I had no idea that it was for younger people. Walking by it had always seemed like they catered to the older woman, 50s and up. Not sure if they changed their age range or what but it's definitely a tasteful store for young girls and teens, which is refreshing considering the other stores for their age group nowadays. I didn't see any "sexy" choices or anything related to sex which I loved. I'll be back for this reason alone. The store was very clean and organized. Great choices. Reasonable prices, but the sale they had today made it fantastic. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired though. You can tell the young ladies that work here fit the age group that they're marketing. A little too relaxed, no "hello," no "do you need help with anything". While I was waiting in line for my first purchase, I eventually realized there wasn't a line, just a bunch of young girls standing at the register talking. Finally after a few minutes I realized they weren't buying anything so I made my way to the counter, the cashiers were just standing there talking, no apologies for leaving me standing there waiting for almost 5 minutes for nothing. I made two purchases (I found something else on my way out the door) and during the second one (different cashier) asked me for my phone number. Apparently they have some type of rewards program (but then again I don't know because she seemed confused as well but agreed to all of my questions ). When my info came up (I'm guessing one of our daughters signed me up) my info was wrong. Instead of changing it when I brought it to the cashier's attention, the young lady next to her, who was the first cashier for my previous transaction that didn't even ask me for my number said skip past it, the young lady said okay and then gave me my total. I guess this is why I've never received any emails for them, it's someone else's address. I digress. I saw something else on my way out but decided the poor service wasn't worth me making another purchase, maybe some other time. Overall, the store is cute, I'd shop in here for my girls occasionally. But moms, beware, you might get a little agitated. It kind of reminded me of when I have to repeat myself to my children, which I don't like to do. When I'm shopping I don't want to be reminded of my kids irresponsibilities. The girls in this store are definitely a little irresponsible when it comes to good customer service. If they tighten up, they'll get the extra 2 stars.

Went shopping with my girlfriend. Sales staff was polite and helpful and store was well maintained both with the exepction of the absolute artifact who manages the place. Her appearance was sloppy and her attitude made her outfit look professional by comparison. She was worthless when it came to helping us shop and she was a pain to deal with which made the entire shopping experience worse. Her presence brought the stores entire presentation down because she is rude, smells weird, and to be frank just to old to even be working in that kind of clothing store. Also she doesn't look like she could fit into any of the sizes so I'm unsure of how she could even offer any help had she been inclined to actually try. Wouldn't return to this specific location due to manager.

If I could say no star I would. My daughter and I were out Mother's Day shopping. We walked into the store and before I touch anything the Caucasian male in the Flacco jersey just kept watching us. This would not have bothered me if he treated everyone that entered the store with same attention. I am convinced that my race played a huge role in his attentiveness. But thank God that I dont have to patronize an establishments where Caucasian customers are the only ones treated respectfully. I will be reporting to corporate.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. Initially when I walked into the store two of the workers were bickering, I wasn't greeted or assisted by either of the workers. When I had been browsing for about ten minutes I was harshly interrupted by one of the workers who had a rude and condescending disposition ; she seemed quite flustered and out of control. She proceeded to knock my belongings out of my hands without any regard, and did not apologize. I tried on a few items and while in the changing room heard the workers making cruel remarks about me loud enough for me and the entire store to hear me... I will never bring my business to this sorry establishment again I have no words for the utter disrespect and lack of customer service. This store needs some saving.
