One name: TONY SIMPSONAt Annapolis Mall, my last-minute New Year's Eve outfit search led me to Forever 21 after no success elsewhere. Just as I was on the escalator inside the store, my shopping bag unexpectedly burst open. A quick-thinking store employee came to my rescue, assisting in gathering my items and providing a replacement store bag.Recognizing Tony Simpson from the old Forever 21 in Washington DC added a nostalgic touch to my shopping experience. Sharing outfit pictures with Tony led to him going above and beyond, finding a top that perfectly matched my vision. In the fitting room, Naomi's assistance in color matching with items from my wardrobe was invaluable. Amani and another young gentleman made my checkout experience truly delightful. Despite the holiday rush, this location's exceptional service made me feel like the only customer. A heartfelt thank you to the team—I am forever grateful.

My daughter loves this forever 21....she shops this store all the time and drags mom along to pay the bill....lol...the staff is helpful at all times and just great kids !!! This is the place to get your 18 to 38 Christmas gifts for a good price !

I was in the store today 12/2/23! Employees were very nice and welcoming. Whoever the General manager is doing a great job. 2 floors of very organized and cleaned store. Keep up the good work guys, especially this holidays ??

My Daughter and I were shopping this weekend at forever 21. She is 13 and bought her first Red Hot Chili Peppers T-shirt. Naomi was on Register. She was so polite and kind. I noticed how well she can multitask and still keep attention. I felt she should be noticed for her great customer care and employee qualities!

This location is Amazing! Two floors of well organized merchandise. I spent absolutely too much..but all of my items were staples that will get plenty of multifunctional uses.

Just leaving this location. I had an online return. I didn’t want to provide my email and the manager caught an attitude. Then she wanted me to remove all of the plastic before she would scan anything to return. I was told “you need to remove the plastic.” Excuse me? I see why I buy online. Who wants to deal with the people hired to work there when they’re so disrespectful?

I have never been so disappointed in a retail store before. Never again will i ever shop in this store again. Sales associate or what ever her position is; Chardae was extremely rude. I had came in the day before and associate had said that they DO price match to the online prices when my friend had asked. When checking out, she had asked the manager to help her adjust the pricing, the guy manager had said that the Annapolis location does price match never stated that it’s limited.. My friends and i came the following day (today) because we have an event to attend to. When checking out, we had asked to price match because again it was NEVER stated that it was limited. Chardae proceeded to say with a rude tone that they do not price match. Which we responded with they price matched yesterday and she responded that “well you can not keep coming everyday to price match” which i rarely ever shop in store and after the interaction with her, i will not be returning to this store location. My friends and i were discussing that is was weird that they would price match us one day and not another, when she proceeded to interrupt us and say “ if we didn’t like it we could call corporate to complain” When looking at online, it offers free in store pick up and receiving that deal what would be the difference of honoring that deal in person? I hope that the store manager gets a better handle on their associates and who they decide is a manager/ team leader. As for Chardae i hope her disgusting attitude gets checked.

I’ve never had a worse experience at any store. Chardae was extremely rude her behavior was disgusting. We came in and asked if they price matched and the day before they said they did and the next day she said we don’t do that to which I said okay sorry I didn’t know. She continued to roll her eyes and kept saying “like i said we don’t do this” MULTIPLE times. She acted like it was the biggest inconvenience as if what we were buying was going to affect her or her pay. The way she was talking to us was completely inappropriate.

My girlfriend loves shopping here, they have a massive selection that is always rotating, and very good prices. Store is usually very clean as well

Today I was disappointed when I madea special trip to the mall so I could try on pants in the dressing room only to find that the dressing room was closed with a sign saying something along the lines of don’t worry you can take the clothes home to try on and exchange within 30 days….that’s exactly what I was trying to avoid by coming in the store…

I wouldn't add second star if there was no positive experience during previous visits. But this was very disappointing. All 6 items I picked from clearance racks tagged with new discount prices on register been ringed for full price or with 10 to 15% discount. On my complaint young girl who named herself as shift manager (she obviously was just out of minor age), with no name tag visible, brought bunch of similar garments in attempt to convince me everything was for full price. Disregarding the rules of retail - you need to sell for ticketed price even if ticket placed by mistake - she refused to do it. I don't think it worth to make a noise about 10-12$ price differences, but this way is very wrong! If someone who placed wrong discount stickers didn't noticed it, if someone who placed wrong ticketed items on clearance rack didn't pay attention, why I must pay for their ignorance? So I just left it. I start to think about my previous visits too. Maybe before when I has really large purchases there and didn't noticed I was charged with full price for clearance items as well. It really smells of some kind of fraud from employees. Very dissatisfied
