Customer service is horrible. Nobody answers the phone in parts or service. Than when you wait in hold for 10-15 mins they hang up. Than you call back it's hard to get someone to pickup. I ordered a part said it will be in in a few days to a week and they will call me when it comes in. It's almost 2 weeks and nobody called to say if part is in. Had to call back 5x's before someone picked up to say part is in. They transfer me to service and nobody answered. Went to a voicemail. I call back 3x's and still can't get anyone on the phone. So I have to drive there just to schedule an appt. Ridiculous!! ?

Took 9 weeks for ignition cylinder to come in and be replaced when I was told 2-3 weeks. No loaner car offered, but rental at $45/day- finally they agreed to comp 8 of those days. Thank goodness we have an extra vehicle.
Received different stories from various service/parts people on why there was delay. Just didn’t sit right with me. All I could do was wait.
Had to take car to a dealership because the computer needed to be updated. I have local VW mechanic that I will always use, except in this circumstance.
If I had to do it again might select different dealership.

I worked with Tice over the phone to get the car I wanted down to a great price, it was a super simple process. We talked through financing while driving to the dealership. I got in and it took me less than an hour to process the purchase with Conrad, who is a great finance manager, very charming. I wasn’t upsold on anything and they were very transparent with financing and even got me a huge discount on my rate. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership being my 5th car purchase.

I’ve had incredible experiences with Fitzgerald. They are knowledgeable, honest, and price-conscious without trying to rip you off. Safety is a priority, and they understand when and how things need to get done. I've driven my car all across the country—from the Bay Area to Los Angeles—and had multiple services, including a new timing belt, tires, and even bent three wheels and exploded many tires until I switched to Michelin. My car has been through a lot, but I plan to drive my MK6 until it gives out, and Fitzgerald has made that possible.
Their expertise is unmatched, and the price is worth it. If you own a German car, only trust people who know how to handle them. I once tried to save $20 on an oil change, and it ended up costing me $3,000 because the mechanic removed the entire housing. So, don’t let price determine your service. If you want a vehicle that’s durable, fast, and reliable like mine, trust Fitzgerald.
Volkswagen is the place, and Mike and Kelly are the go-to people. Their mechanics are top-notch too. Big shout-out to them for always being awesome!

The team helping us was great. We were able to coordinate via email and text messages as I already had my mind set on an Atlas. Ronnie found one that had exactly what I wanted and had it brought in. We were in and out in an hour! Thanks for helping to make this quick and easy!

I was disappointed with the way i was treated. Service advisor thought i was another customer and became combative. Then after i was able to introduce myself he realized he verbally insulred the wrong person.
