I had an amazing experience at Fitzgerald Mazda. Alex Canary my sales rep was very attentive and knowledgeable. Armando was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall my experience was top notch and I love my new CX-50.

Had been looking for cars everywhere for weeks. Saw the perfect 2015 Subaru online at this dealership and went in the next day to check it out. Couldn’t have found a better car at a better price.
My family has purchased four cars from this dealership over the years, somehow we always end up finding the best deals at fitz.
Jeff was super charismatic and friendly, Michael W. was fun to chat with and helpful but not pushy, and Armando got us through those last steps in a breeze, plus his office smelled like tea tree or something which was super refreshing.
Drove the car all the way to chicago and she handled it like a champ! No complaints at all.

The entire staff is fantastic! MJ was outstanding!! Everyone was very friendly. All of our questions were answered & explained very well. The finance staff did a fantastic job working with the other staff who were helping customers. The very best place I encountered in a couple weeks while I was looking for a car . 5+ stars from my husband as well.

Very accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained what they had to do and gave me the choice of whether to have the work done. The video of what they were doing where and when was very helpful. They were also very truthful on how long the service would take.

Total time spent over a few days was less than an hour and a half from the time I inquired about a vehicle until I was handed the keys, with vehicle brought to me. Amazing, the salesman Chris Watson is the best sales associate I have ever worked with, this is the second car from him and third car from Fitzgerald Mazda. Never had any issues during any of the previous 2 cars. Highly recommend.
