Extremely rude staff. I’m not spending my money here despite what looks like great selection

Horrible customer service. Sales person, Daine ordered the wrong vanity and Ferguson not accepting responsibility and rectifying. Leading up to placement of the order we discussed one model. Then when he submitted the order in the system, he changed the model- $3600 mistake for which he will not own up to. Shame on me for not noticing - however I was amidst chemo treatment and my eye for detail less than stellar. But if you can’t rely on the showroom consultant that’s supposed to be super knowledgeable, then what’s the point of shopping in a more high end store. Now the wrong model is here and has a defect on the front with the resolution unclear and still in the works.I should also mention that over the course of working with Daine, he couldn’t be bothered to return phone calls. One time I had to go to the store 4 days after chemo in order to get questions answered on the shower door. Another time I couldn’t get Daine to respond to me, I wasn’t able to physically get to the store and so I called and fortunately the operator sent me to someone from another store who helped call the shower door manufacturer to find out where my estimate was.Bottom line: Save yourself time, money, and frustration and go to another store for kitchen/bath needs.

I ordered a set of Subzero and Wolfe kitchen appliances from Ferguson. Heather Watson also helped order the products. The delivery & installation process is absolutely the worst possible. You would think the delivery would be free after you spend $25,000 on a refrigerator, stove and a wall oven; but it's not. Installation of Subzero and Wolfe appliances require precise and one of kind electrical plumbing rough-ins, which Fergurson does not communicate on the phone or early. So you are constantly email this lady who has 0 field experience. She becomes a human emailer of the spec sheets, which different trades can interpret sightly differently. To reconcile the difference by talking with trades, Subzero tech support, and Fergerson is a full time job. The after-sale support is email exclusive and absolutely time waster. Fergerson after-sale support obsoletely will not talk to you; they will only email you dumb things one like the spec sheet and ask you dumb questions on the email. Heather called me after I threatened to cancel the order; but she knows nothing about the fine installation detail, sometimes down to 1/16". She promised that a Subzero rep would call me the same day, nobody called me. So I called Subzero tech support. It takes about 24 full working hours to coordinate the installation of 4 appliances. I come from a engineering background, with 4 years of fix and flip experience. I have never spent so much time on appliance installation. If you buy subzero as a luxury product, and you also value time as the greatest luxury possible, then Fergueson is not for you. Fergerson will rob you of your time!

If you plan to refresh your home or do a total renovation, make this your first stop! Great selection and knowledgeable staff ready to help you walk through the selection process. Love this store ?

Great place to see some of the latest kitchen and bath accessories from designer brands like Miele and Subzero, but also regular brands like Kohler and American Standard. Their prices, even for the high end merch, were pretty fair. We didn't try the design option (yet), we only perused the showroom as closing time was near. We'll certainly be back as it gets closer to renovating our master bath.

I shop at Fergusons all the time for needs. Their staff is really helpful fair pricing and if they don’t have it there they can get it for you within a day or two. Definitely a good place to go shopping for your plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other needs.

I understand we are in a Covid environment and that workers are hard to find. So I'll cut this store a break and give it two stars instead of one. We were met at the door by a woman who demanded, before we could step inside, to know if we had an appointment. We didn't. So, she said "there is no one available to help you but you can look around." We looked around. Didn't really see anything interesting and since we couldn't ask any questions, we left.

We have tried for weeks to get an appointment with an in store consultant- we know they are busy- we get that- we asked their front desk receptionist if we could get a business card of a consultant - we have a list of items from their floor that we would like pricing on- front desk said yes-so we sent a detailed list of bathroom items- well we are now waiting weeks to get even an initial response- SERVICE IS POOR

Nice showroom. Nice staff. That said, I was a homeowner purchasing bath fixtures for a mid-grade bathroom remodel. While staff was nice, I left feeling like a small fish in a big pond. I felt like perhaps if I were a contractor that spends with them all the time I would have received better service. Just a feeling.Post sale communication could have and should have been better. I had two items that were not in stock and needed to be ordered. A kohler bath set was due in 7-10 days. Forty-two days later still not here due to an ordering error on their part. I had to cancel it and managed to get it locally the next day for a few bucks less.Every time I reached out to my associate to a parts ETA, schedule delivery, and during the ordering process, I was never able to get her on the phone on the first try. All but one try, not on the first day. Email was the same. Some weren't returned at all and all but one took more than a day. Same for a manager I had to leave a VM for. Two days later and still no call back. I'm pretty easy going but this is unacceptable to me.My plumber tells me that he orders from them all the time at the Glen Burnie location and has no problems. It's not a showroom, just basically a parts counter. This is partially why I think if I were a contractor I would have received better after sale service.Final word - Nice showroom. Nice staff - when you can get them. Prices are average or slightly better than for the retail customer. Don't expect to speak to someone quickly or even just promptly if you need something.
