I came in to do an overnight package at 7:30 PM. The store closing at 8, so I figured I had 30 min. I asked a woman who was loading a fed ex with long braids how the overnight process was as I never mailed a letter over night. She said "you are too late, you need to go to another store." I said okay and asked where the address was... she mumbled and walked away and then got angry at me for asking again. Then she yelled "why is she still here?" as I was looking up the location on my gps as I am not familiar with the area. She said "leave...!" Then she said "she don't want to listen to me, she wants to talk to that guy." I was by a male staff who happened to be behind the customer service counter with long hair who was helping someone else. He looked up at me as he heard her shouting at me. I asked him to clarify around not taking packages anymore at their location for overnight and the exact address of the other location. She was loading the Fedex truck and turned around yelling again "she is still here...!" Again, I was just trying to program my next location with the correct address. I ended up driving to the other store. I hit some traffic and got to the other store on Baldwin avenue at 8:01. The man behind the counter directed the female staff there to open the door for me, as he nodded for me to come in. He saw I only had an envelope in my hand. The two female staff refused to open the door. He then came to the door and explained he couldn't take me. I said I just drove for 30 minutes from another fed ex that refused to take me. He compassionately let me in and the two female staff huffed and puffed "omg, are you kidding me? of course!" I believe in both situations in both locations there was racial/ sexist tension directed towards me from black women because I am a white woman. I know... I am not supposed to notice it, or maybe I should be forgiving for whatever grievances they had in life, but they have no idea what hardships I have lived and they didn't treat me like a person.

going into the store women on the ask what brings me in I say returning to Montgomery ward I give her qr code she print out label I leave say thank you so she was inconsiderate not responding back with a welcome poor customer service

We ordered greeting cards online that were to be printed at this store. The order was incorrect when I arrived and I had to wait for them to sort out the error.
They printed the missing card and I left only to discover when I returned home that there were no envelopes in the package, requiring another trip back. This time they found that the cards were not scored correctly and would not fold evenly. A reprint had to be done, wasting even more of my time.
I won’t be returning to this store.

Horrible services . No one acknowledgment upon arrival. Because I never visited this location I’m not sure where the line start or ends . So i stood there to see if there would be any acknowledgment. To my surprise it wasn’t just me. Everyone was ignored so I turn everyone that came behind me needed up infront of me. I waited about 3-4 more ppl so I waited 25min no acknowledgment ppl come in walk right past & get in line is how I figured out where to be & go. But by that time I was skipped in line

Terrible customer service. Can’t speak to a real person. They lied to me to get rid of me on a Friday and they do not answer the phone on Saturdays after telling me to call back on Saturday

This place is a big waste of your time and money. No one wants to help you in there. All I need was a couple of copies and the guy was very unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. Horrible spent money for nothing Charge you five dollars to use the computer for Seven minutes and get nowhere

Terrible!! I was over charged for shipping and they have no phone number to speak to anyone, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
