After a hiatus when the clothes seemed to be more "clubby", less elegant, I am back to being an Express lover! The last couple of years I have shopped a lot at their Annapolis location and at Arundel Mills (who doesn't like a bargain?). But my favorite store is the Annapolis mall one, by far. It is always super organized, every item beautifully presented, sparkling clean, inviting, perfect light, spacious... and the staff is super nice, not pushy at all, just welcoming and friendly. And espcially Ritu, who seems to enjoy working there a whole lot, she is always smiling, laughing even, her bracelets make the cutest noise that I have now associated with the store and her great customer service. It is always a pleasure going and shopping, and any returns they will make it easy. It is just a wonderful experience to shop there

Really enjoyed browsing their line of T Shirts and Polos. A staff member named Maddison was so wonderful to help me even pick some out to try when I asked. The clothing I purchased were exceptional quality and design. Thanks again

Racially profiled. Will contact corporate offices. I asked an associate was I doing something wrong? she immediately responded " you bothering me." Many other associates would strategically but definitely noticeably pick up random items next to me and act as if they were doing a merchandise search. They are very poor at their jobs. Before I became a social justice advocate and lawyer, I managed a retail store for a couple of years. In order to curtail theft, associates are supposed to provide outstanding customer service and pay attention to the customer., but they should not use their headsets (which was done here) to profile anyone without substantial reason to. I ask the manager Ana what I had done and she acted as if she was shocked but ( poor acting skills) I am writing this for other people who may have felt this presence in this store so you will know that you are NOT CRAZY. I will be reaching out to their corporate offices with my experience and my concerns. It is not okay for anyone to be racially profiled in this day and age. Express has to do better.
