I recently had to have a physical completed for my company. I went to this location initially because their website showed they offered all the services I needed in one place. When I attended my visit, the staff was incredibly friendly. The front desk was so nice and helpful with everything I asked for and my provider (CRNP) Antonette Kanu was amazing. Getting a physical done is not always the most comfortable thing to do. However, from the moment she stepped in and spoke to me I felt comfortable. She was patient, thoughtful, caring and took her time to go through and explain the process as she went along. I was very happy and fortunate to have Antonette as my doctor for this visit. I couldn't of asked for a better person to conduct my physical exam. Thank you Antonette for your approach and taking such good care of your patients!

I have worked in healthcare for three decades, and been a patient of Dr. Freedman‘s for seven years. I can’t say enough great things about him and his staff. Being a member at Evolve helped guide me through a health scare this weekend that would have much more difficult without them .They stayed at the office after they were supposed to be closed.Then patiently triaged my symptoms and then made multiple calls to find an open place for the scan I needed.When it turned out the only option I had was the ER they had given me everything needed for the staff to quickly admit me and start testing and treatment.Finding great healthcare these days is rare. Evolve is the answer.!!!!!!!!

This is the way medicine was intended to be. I came to this practice with an extremely painful, rare disease and it was the best choice I’ve ever made. When you need someone on your side, it’s amazing to have that in my Primary Doctor. I need lots of help and support, that’s exactly what I get from this medical practice.

I felt like I walked into an upscale spa! Staff warmly greeted me and my practitioner was on time. He explained everything clearly in an unhurried manner. Honestly, I’ve never had a such an awesome experience visiting a doctor before!

Kind and Competent practitioners who are humanitarians and genuinely care about your healthcare needs. They quickly respond to your needs and follow up. Exceptionally affordable for those who don't have major health issues. Many free and considerably reduced services for monthly paying members..you MUST research..you will benefit. Has great office hours to include virtual and/or phone visits. Has many young staff members and students all of whom have been competent and professional. The office is also beautiful, clean with a positive vibe. I've been with them 9 months and a member for 6 months..I am very happy with my treatment services and feel a sense of security with this independent health care provider!

I moved to the Annapolis area nine years ago and needed a new general practitioner. I searched and decided to try Evolve. Nine years later, I am very glad I did. Whenever I needed immediate help, I didn't have to wait for an appointment, and I didn't have to go to an emergency room. The staff is very empathetic and respectful. If you need accessible general medical care, I highly recommend Evolve.

I had a really bad clogged ear that I could not hear out of what so ever. I was able to make a same day appointment for them to look at it. They took me back immediately and were able to clean my ear out so now I can hear again. I did not feel rushed at all and they were able to take care of me in an efficient manner. I have spent far too many hours in urgent care waiting rooms and rooms to get pointless tests done and nothing resolved so this was a huge relief. I am highly considering joining as a member for primary care service since I had such an excellent experience. I highly recommend this place to serve your urgent care needs.

I returned to Evolve because the condition of my rash had exacerbated, (in my opinion), I was seen by Dr. Loren Nedelman. I was put at ease when he listened intently to my concerns. He then decided to take an aggressive approach to dealing with my condition. I am seeing small improvements only 2 days later.I will be following up with Dr. Nedelman to get my progress assessed. I appreciated the time that was taken with me during my visit and the non judgemental questioning of my actions.Thank you!

We made the decision to switch to Evolve in January 2022 and we are never going back to a traditional primary care practice. The service provided by Evolve is how health care should be everywhere. We have been seeing Kevin since we first signed up, and we could not be happier with the service he provides. We are always able to make appointments, normally within 24 hours, and Kevin is amazing to work with. If you have a busy life and don't want to spend hours waiting in the doctor's office, this is your place. If I have a 9:00 appointment, I get called back at 9:00 or before, and Kevin is always ready. He doesn't stare at the computer the entire time you're with him and he doesn't try to rush you out the door as quickly as possible. The entire staff is top notch. While you pay a bit of a premium price for the membership, it's totally worth it.
