I won’t even give this place a 1 star. I had the unfortunate experience with this enterprise company. I wouldn’t use them again. When I went in the manager was the one that wait on me and he was very unfriendly and quite rude. He didn’t even act like he wanted my business. The most unfriendly experience I had. I won’t be using them again ever. Bad customer service from the branch manager. Shame on you.

This dealer doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I do not recommend this enterprise. Go somewhere else! I was assisted by the branch manager and he was very rude and very demoralizing. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced and I won't be renting from them ever again. Shame on them that is not how you treat people.

My car was stolen so I had to rent a car the next day Nov 4 , 2023; I call enterprise rental in Annapolis, they told me that I had to return the car the following day Monday, Nov 5, so that a new contract would begin with the claim from my insurance company. I returned it the next day per their instructions. I received a statement for 56? For the 1 day for Nov 4, 2924. The new rental began in Nov 5th with my insurance claim. Upon returning the vehicle on Dec 4th, 2023; I was charged over $600.00 because they claimed that they put everything under the first contract and that I didn't opt out of the enterprise insurance, even though Allstate was paying for my rental claim from Nov 5, thru Dec 4th. After they saw how upset I was, they returned $200.00 and refuse to return the rest, I've been fighting with them ever since! Don't go to Annapolis, MD enterprise rental.

I just witnessed my sister deal with the upmost disrespect that I’ve ever heard coming from a business. The manager Samantha taunted my sister to come to to office and she still keep the same nasty attitude. She was very disrespectful, her tone was rude and she doesn’t have good customer service skills which is bad when you’re a manager!

The customer service was amazing and the car absolutely pristine. One of the cleanest and most well-run rentals I’ve been in! I would absolutely rent from them again!

The first rental was a Dodge suv and did not drive correctly. It would shake if you got to approximately 60 miles per hour. We had a bit of difficulty trying to get customer service (about 4 different phone calls) but finally were connected with someone who was helpful. She sent us to Syracuse Airport where they were very helpful and switched the car for a VW SUV that worked very well. It was a beautiful vehicle we thoroughly enjoyed.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Bestgate is by far a professional, competent and exceptional example of how a business that specializes not in "vehicle rentals", but in customer service.Highly recommend to anyone who is seeking vehicle rental services, I can assure you will see the difference too.

If there was an option for no stars that is what I would give them. From the moment I walked in the “manager” Tony was SO rude and basically called me a liar multiple times. The entire time just acted like I was an inconvenience and didn’t want to help me AT all. I went to HERTZ and had zero issues. Also reached out to the “area rental manager” to tell him about the situation and he refused to contact me back. It’s a real shame a place you’re supposed to turn to, to help you in stressful situations treats you that way. Run far far away from this place!

Rented for a week. Car was ready when I arrived and as requested. No problems with the car or any issues upon return. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This place feels like there's no one in charge. I was able to get my vehicle after multiple calls and having them show up late to pick me up despite the multiple calls I placed to them confirming they would be on time (I saw this was a problem others had). I called once they were an hour late and the manager sounded annoyed and like being late wasn't a big deal and said a guy would be there in a few minutes. Once I had the vehicle it had issues nearly immediately that I dealt with for 2 days before calling and requesting a new vehicle. They said they didn't have anything and would call me back when they did. I got no call back so called again a few days later. They told me to bring it in and they would see if they could find me something else. With this sounding extremely non-committal this didn't sound like an appointment that I needed to make so I came in when I could work it into my work schedule. They said that because I didn't bring it in when they told me to they didn't have anything and they'd call me when they did. Shocker, they didn't ever call. I tried calling again and they had nothing. This went on for weeks. Finally I just gave up and rushed into buying a new car to get tf out the POS they put me in.

DO NOT RESERVE FROM THIS LOCATION. The absolute WORST customer service, no help, extremely selfish and self absorbed, the “manager” was lazy and not knowledgeable whatsoever. Absolutely awful experience, will never rent from enterprise again, even if my life depended on it. Do not, if you value your own time or personal peace, rent from enterprise, specifically this location. Spare yourselves. Godspeed.

Terrible experience! Avoid this bussiness. Have booked my car for thrie next day twice, and when i come they said nobody confirmed even though we talked on the phone and i clearly comfirmed! Also no confirmation email or text message has sent, i dont know what confirmation you guys talking about. I understsand if there is no car available but at least don’t lie to your customers just to bring your store and offer low tier cars!

The only substantive issue that I had was the bundle of two large keys that had been clipped together with braided wire so there was no way to separate them. They were almost too big to fit in my pocket. I mentioned this to a very polite and helpful Enterprise staff member and she apologized and explained that they do that in case one of the key fob batteries dies. My thought is that there are other less bulky ways to deal with that possibility.Over all, Enterprise was quick to pick me up from the repai shop and quick to process the rental Paperwork and get me on my way. The reverse was also true when I returned the vehicle. The staff members that I encountered were all polite and helpful - without exception.

I have been utilizing Enterprise car and truck rentals for quite some time now. I am always treated with respect and I have always received the type vehicle that I reserved or an upgrade if that class is not available. This is an absolute plus in my book. The staff is always courteous and attentive to my request. I will continue to utilize Enterprise services as they have gained a true customer for life.
