This location in gets 3 stars because of the products they carry. My last visit there the store was full and all the employees standing by the front counter laughing and joking, eating snacks, and on there phones. There's no way to distinguish who's an employee or not because because everyone has on regular clothing. So you ask at cashier for a size shoe, only to find out all these people making the most noise work here just not working. Great place just very unprofessional employees for the location

The customer service seem to always lack here. Idk if it's lack of staff or what but the employees will let you walk around aimlessly looking for whatever you are looking for without offering assist. Asking if there is something specific you are looking for. Employees are not focused enough on the store to greet customers when they walk in or come to the register once they see you appear to finalizing your shopping. You have to ask for them to come to ring up your items. Attentiveness would go a long way

If i can give this review a 0 star i would trust me. DTLR in Annapolis is the definition of unprofessional. The customer service is HORRIBLE, The employee's are unprofessional. I went in to buy some shoes on March 2nd around 11am which was the morning shift as entering one of the employee's was sleeping/ slumped over at the cash register which the visit already started off as them seeing them as unprofessional. I went in looking for shoes none of the employees came to me to ask me if i needed anything i had to ask the employee (SHARNICE, SHANICE with the long BRAIDS) what i needed. My husband asked the 2 employees where does the size of shoes start at and they responded they start from here to there? First of all what is \"here to there\"? The employees were at the cash register which was about 8 feet away from the shoe section. Are they lazy to come and show a customer? Im assuming so. My husband responded what is \"here to there\"? and with a attitude they responded \"YOU CAN'T SEE\" thats definitely not a way to respond to a customer. What if my husband or any other customer who came in and asked that question has a vision impairment. After that i called over the employee (SHARNICE, SHANICE with the long BRAIDS) to show me what \"here to there\" was because i don't know what is \"here to there\" she started telling me the color of the shoes which is \"here to there\". I called (SHARNICE, SHANICE with the long BRAIDS) to tell her which shoe i wanted and the size i needed to be able to try them on. She asked me if i needed anymore shoes. I told her i would let her know after i try on the shoes i asked for. Respectfully i waited 10 mins for her to bring me the shoes or any other employee to do so and they never did. I asked (SHARNICE, SHANICE with the long BRAIDS) if anybody was going to bring me the shoes i asked for to try on and she responded \" Im not going to be walking back and forth to find multiple shoes\" i said WHATTTTTTTTTTT? isn't that your job and thats why you work here? She responded and said \" I don't care i'm not going to be walking back and forth to find multiple shoes\" i responded and told her i will be contacting your manager and cooperate about this matter and she responded. \"I DON'T GIVE A F*CK*\" that' s above and beyond the worst customer service i have ever received.

This is the most prejudice store I have ever seen. Against white people. I stood in line for 25 minutes and watched everyone that came into the store that was black greeted. Then she even took a customer ahead of myself and another white person.This has happened 2 times in 2 weeks.I will not be back. But something needs to be done because if the roll was reversed 7 on your side would be there!

The customer service in this place is H O R R I B L E!!!! All the employees are just standing around looking silly. No one greeted me. I had to speak in order to be spoken to. The employees were very rude! I refuse to spend money in a establishment that’s just straight up rude. I will never shop here again. They need to fire everyone and train on customer service.

The customer service in this store is beyond terrible the sales associates they look at you they do not greet you they don’t ask you if you need help........ this by far is the worst urban store in Annapolis mall
