I hear many complaints from other customers who say they switched or are moving their prescriptions to Giant pharmacy, but I have stayed with CVS Pharmacy for 6 going on 7 years.I have had a few issues but basically I like that CVS communicates with me sends texts) everytime one of my 9 medications needs to be refilled and picked up.I have always had difficulty with my CVS pharmacy Accepting and Actually Using the GoodRX and Singlecare Discount Coupons for my medications. Some of the pharmacists, (not all), seem to resist and discourage the use of this help, which seniors like myself on a fixed income, desperately need this HELP! ? I am totally perplexed as to why this pharmacy trys so hard to discourage customers from using this much needed financial help to get the meds we need as Seniors.?I DO Enjoy my coupon discounts. I have noticed that replenishing some of the items I use regularly are not always restocked and available to me and this is quote frustrating. Otherwise . . . .I do LOVE my CVS!The pharmacy team could be a lot Friendlier and more Pleasant. My main pharamcist is quite friendly to me, the helpers need to take more Pride in their jobs and try to be friendlier . . . I believe it would help make Happier Customers! ?

Avoid at all costs, especially if you need something quickly! I have had to come to this pharmacy four times for the same order to be filled correctly. After multiple attempts to get my order filled (with no communication from CVS to myself or my doctor), I was then sold the wrong items and had to return a fourth time to correct the order. I also witnessed a couple almost receive the wrong shots at the minute clinic during one of my 30+ minute waits. The husband was getting a flu shot and the wife was waiting on a Covid booster and the Pharmacist had them switched. Luckily the wife caught the discrepancy before the injection was administered. Customer service is not a priority, nor is attention to detail, which is scary considering the importance of the goods being sold and administered here.

Frankie was busy but very pleasant, professional and efficient. Frankie was multi-tasking but did not let that affect her pleasant demeanor. Frankie promptly attended to me and provided me with the prescriptions that I was there to pick up. Frankie was very impressive.

Pharmacy department is a mess. It’s always a hassle to get my prescription filled. The tech has to rebill my prescription but didn’t tell me that, just went to another register to help the next person. I had to ask why I was being skipped. It’s never a pleasant experience coming here and will be switching to Walgreens.

If you need a Covid test for travel, don’t trust CVS Minute Clinic. We waited in the drive-through lane 110 minutes before the pharmacy manager at Bay Ridge Road in Annapolis, MD informed us a system glitch cancelled my appointment but not my wife’s. Huge failure CVS! We each made appointments, got confirmation numbers, arrived in time and CVS Minute Clinic messed up big time! This will totally screw up our travel plans. I would never trust CVS Minute Clinic again - should have read the reviews beforehand.

The pharmacy is constantly short staffed. The prescriptions aren’t filled until 2-3 days late. I actually had to go there to remind them about my prescription. The management should really focus on providing good services.

Always a wait to checkout regardless of hour or number of customers. Never open when needed. Very invasive shop experience. They want to track my shopping habits and they are pushy about it. They had (maybe still do have) near-field readers until Apple pay came out and then they turned them off. I don't want to be tracked! I want to spend my money without worrying that my information is at risk. I will be shopping at Rite aid even though they are twice as far away. They except Apple Pay
