Upon first impressions, this is a nice hotel. The lobby and hallways are nicely updated and the service is as expected for the price point. What was not expected was the ROACHES. I got up in the middle of the night to pee and found 3 roaches on the bathroom counter and several more on and under the desk where I had sat a few hours earlier. The water also has a brown tinge when you turn on the bath/shower. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Pictures attached. I have videos as well.

Nearby activities: Just a couple miles to downtown and the warf.

Rooms: Rooms were clean.
Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants and the mall is across the street
Safety: Felt safe no issues
Walkability: Lots of things close to walk to like the mall and restaurants.
Food and drinks: Bar seemed nice but was pretty pricey. Was randomly closed one night which I found annoying.
Noteworthy details: Free parking and easy on and off the highway.

Great proximity for visiting family and friends of Midshipmen at the U.S. Naval Academy. Amenities and proximity to the Annapolis Mall and/or surrounding restaurants.

4/5: Overall its a nice hotel. Good location, Rooms were quiet and the bed was very comfortable and it had a hot shower. The only zonks I will give it are as follows:
- The A/C unit was not up to capacity, and put out a little bit of a musty smell and it was not very cold, even when set on (cool) we woke up a few times and were hot. So then if you make it cooler, the smell comes out more.
- The other zonk was the breakfast. We paid to have breakfast included ahead of time, and it was not very good. The french toast/waffles were kind of hard and over cooked, the home fries, bacon/sausage were very greasy... The toaster was also not that good. It would not toast properly and it kept blowing the fuse, and the staff had to reset it multiple times. Just not what you would expect from a Crown Plaza. However I would return, overall as I stated its a nice hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were ok. The rooms were nice and quiet. Free parking and across the street from the Annapolis mall. Restaurants in walking distance.

This hotel told me my rate upon booking the reservation over the phone, as well as upon check in. After check out, I was charged a different rate, and when I asked why I was charged a higher rate than what I was originally told, they said there was nothing they could do.
This hotel is poorly ran, rooms are dingy, you can hear every sound coming from the room next to you, and the “breakfast” is dismal. Not to mention you will be harassed for change when you are walking in. There are much better options close by, I would highly recommend staying somewhere decent instead of here.

Absolutely atrocious service. We arrived 20 minutes after check in time for our reservations. We have now been waiting for over an hour. Some other customers have been waiting well over 2 hours. We have had to cancel our dinner reservations. This hotel has ruined our whole trip. How are you not going to have our room ready, when we reserved them 2 months in advance?? Worst hotel experience ever. Front desk person was terrible. Looked at us like idiots, and didn’t have any answers. I will be perusing / filing corporate complaints. Unbelievable!
