This place is why Online car sales and Online parts purchasing is so popular.Constant disappointment. The parts counter won't order the $1.00 clips and pins (you know what you remove on every oil change) to let me pick up later because "they have not done business with me before". How is that helpful at all !? (I actually did do $900 in business with their service department the month prior.)Waiting room is tiny. No offices or privacy.Don't get me started on New Car Sales. A few years ago they were out back racing a new NSX doing 50 in a 25 and posted it on YouTube.New tires in 2023? (I'm always ready to give them another shot.) Inflator stem caps did not come with them! <- It's little stuff like that one doesn't expect from a Luxury brand.I literally drive 45 minutes past this place to my trusted Acura dealer closer to DC.

I have to say, Kyle Edwards is probably the most thorough & knowledgeable salesman I have ever worked with. My 2017 Highlander is worlds away from any new Acura and I had lots of questions. Kyle was so understanding and helped me with every single question and trust me, it was a lot. He is a shining star at this dealership and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Highly recommend Kyle for any of your new Acura needs!

Appointment made online and was super easy and convenient. Ben was very personable and knowledgeable. My service was completed in a reasonable time. The waiting area was clean and you are able to charge your devices easily.

I decided to buy a car on labor day. I called to see if the suv was still available. Mike Marcus answered all of my questions. He greeted my brother and I, outside as soon as we pulled up. He went over some of the features with me. It was an easy and smooth buying process. Mike Marcus listened to me, and remembered the things I said. Mike has a great personality, and is very friendly. They even stayed opened and hour last to close my deal. I am beyond satisfied. This has been my best car buying experience.

Loved it. I went for an issue I've been having with my car. Everyone was so nice, gave me honest diagnosis and answers. Nothing crazy! I waited for my car forever it seemed but the waiting room was really clean and drinks were provided. They took care of my problem and I'm very happy with the results. Thanks guys!

Had an awful experience with Michael at Criswell. He was disengaged, not friendly, and didn’t even act like he wanted to be there. My mom and I came in to test drive a vehicle I saw online, and he was the sales associate who “helped us.” I was very interested in the premium model, but noticed a few things with the car (dings, scratches, etc). His excuse was that the repair guy couldn’t go in and work out the ding because it was in between metal. All that being said, he still tried to sell me the car at full price. Didn’t even attempt negotiating. I hope the GM reads this and offers him some constructive criticism on how to approach a potential client. My mother and I were speaking Spanish during the test drive. Maybe we’d be treated differently if we had shown up and spoken only English.

I had a great experience with Mike Marcus buying my car! He took a lot of time showing me everything about the car and answering all my questions. He was super knowledgeable and made the process very smooth. Other dealerships I went to in the area could only read off their computer what they already posted online about the cars and didn’t seem interested in helping me. Everyone at Criswell Acura was super nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience with Jonathon purchasing a new Acura. The entire process was completed in two trips to the dealership. Just 30 min the first trip and less than an hour to sign the paperwork. Jonathon shared his personal experience with the brand, was not pushy, and was respectful of my time. Very pleasant experience!

Just took home my Integra Type S from Criswell. From when I showed up unsolicited to talk about a car that wouldn't show up on their lot for months until I drove away in one, the folks at Criswell Acura made the whole journey a truly pleasant experience. I've had dealer experiences that were the opposite! But Kae made it feel like she was just as excited as I was, and the rest of the Criswell team helped me through the whole process. I think I might have had a smile on my face the whole time I was in the dealership! Great folks, great dealer!

My check engine light started to flash, as my engine seemed to stutter! ?I had my baby towed in for an immediate analysis, turns out I needed to have my injectors changed. My buddy Oscar the Service Manager took care of me from my initial phone call, to delivery of my repaired car, now I’m off to the car wash!

Update 2: The staff has been nice up until... The Check e gune light us still on! The service guy said put premium fuel with a fuel injector in it and let it run out. But the sales guy says they already did that. This is a $40,000 purchase. If we wanted problems we would've went to a random person from an ad. We went to this lot and for $40k we should have a working car. We will taking it back in on Monday, hopefully it can be fixed. Update 1:After an all day wait, they cleared the codes and fixed 1/4 of everything. Its missing the main key (we didn't know it wasn't main the key), this key locks in speed and other things but it's extra money to get a new key and this one fixed. The driver mirror wasnt opening all the way, still doesnt. To top it off, the check engine lights IS BACK ON AGAIN! We are 2 hours from this place. They didnt fill up the tank when it was bought, or the this time. It's my mother in laws. Send me an email please if the owner would like more info.
