Our experience purchasing our MDX from Criswell Acura was outstanding. Our sales consultant, Mike Marcus was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. The finance manager, Mac Nelson handled our financing with professionalism and expeditiously. Both Mike and Mac explained all the financing, title, and warranty paperwork so it was easily understood. Overall, purchasing from Criswell Acura was the best experience we have ever had. If you are in the market for an Acura, work with Mike and Mac and you won't be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Amber at Criswell Acura, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. From our very first interaction, Amber made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and I appreciated the constant updates she provided about my car.
My car is like my baby, and knowing that Amber treated it with the same care as if it were her own put me at ease. She answered all of my questions with thorough knowledge and provided helpful tips without ever making me feel like I was being upsold on unnecessary services. Amber truly made me feel like family.
I’ve been a loyal Honda/Acura customer for years, and thanks to Amber, Criswell Acura has become my go-to service center. I trust Amber completely as my service advisor, and I’ll definitely be returning for all of my future service needs.

Our 2011 MDX recently reached its end of life. When it was time to purchase a new vehicle, we quickly decided we would purchase a newer version of the same MDX we'd been so happy with for so many years. We worked with Andrew Criswell to help us track down the model/color/package we wanted. He quickly found us the vehicle we wanted, and closed the sale in a "no pressure" style we appreciated. Needless to say, the features in the newer model require us old people to have plenty of training. Andrew has a VERY thorough knowledge of all of the features and very patiently showed us how to operate all of the bells and whistles. He did a fantastic job throughout the whole process, from our first call through the support we continue to feel today.
We are truly grateful. He is outstanding at what he does, is very professional, and very friendly! Do yourself a favor - get your Acura here and ask for Andrew!!

At first I was very happy with my experience but over time I realized I never got the service I was supposed to receive and only got the bare minimum. I leased a 2022 Acura MDX from Criswell. The staff was very friendly and prompt but the services they provide to their customers were lacking. I’ve never been to a dealership (especially a luxury brand dealership) where loaner vehicles were never available. All they offer is a Uber to drop you off and pick you up. This was very inconvenient, especially on days when I needed to be at work. Another example, with my lease I was supposed to receive two years of complimentary maintenance. I never received any free service. The only reason I know I was supposed to receive the service is because I went to another Acura dealership to turn in my lease and they tried to use it as a selling point to get me into another Acura. When I told them I never received any complimentary service, they stated that it was mandated by Acura that I should have received the service. So on top of everything else, I feel ripped off. I will never do business with this dealership again.

My experience with Criswell Acura, Annapolis MD for the third time has been terrible. I operate on the three strike rule therefore I will not purchase anything else from this location.
I am an Acura/Honda supporter. I have owned multiple vehicles from the Acura/Honda family. I have had an Acura Intergra, a Honda Civic, and an AcuraTlX always utilizing Acura service departments for vehicle maintenance.
On July 20, 2024 prior to traveling, I arrived at Criswell Acura, Annapolis MD. Upon my arrival the staff person in the service department bay "BEN" (thin blonde) approached the vehicle and immediately stated the service department could not take any more appointments they were closing in 30 minutes. (the concern is my arrival was 50 minutes prior to the service departments posted online/closing hours and Ben did not know what service I was in need of. If this is the policy why not note it online or post it VISIBLY in the service area? Safe vehicles on the road should mean as much to a mechanic as it does to the vehicle owner.
On two previous occasions after visiting Criswell Acura I have had to contact the service manager regarding the unprofessional and impolite behavior of Ben.
I am uncertain if Ben's microagression, on my most recent visit is due to memory of his past interactions and behavior, or if he just a subpar employee who wants to do minimal work, when assisting mature minority women. I went into the service desk area to request a service supervisor or manager and was told there was not one available by the female who was working. She was as rude and unprofessional as her colleague and stated "you have to arrive 30 minutes prior to closing" well, rather than beg to pay this business I went less than a mile away and had my oil changed, and the cabin filter replaced at the VALVOLINE.
If Ben, and his colleague are not just impolite and unprofessional, then there is a bigger problem. It may. be that perhaps they just are not good with differences considering I am a mature woman of color, helping me may not be comfortable.
The fact that the same individual(s) are repeatedly displaying the same behavior and the organization has failed to provide an appropriate and professional service to customers, Criswell Acura has failed to set a professional, polite and inclusive business culture.
I choose to take my business where it is appreciated.

Had a very positive sales and service experience at Criswell Acura. Bought a 7-year-old RDX; car was presented in outstanding condition. Conducted a lengthy test drive with no problems noted. Negotiating the sale was painless as was dealing with the finance manager. Salesman Mike Marcus was a top-notch professional who truly understands the Acura brand and was informative and helpful throughout. After purchase, the RDX experienced an unexpected mechanical problem that required repair, all under Acura warranty. Service Advisor Ben Orem could not have been more supportive and professional. The RDX was repaired well ahead of schedule and delivered (again) in immaculate condition. Overall, the team at Criswell was top notch -- exceedingly polite, responsive, and adaptive to an unusual situation, but which turned out well. Hats off to Mike and Ben, and five stars all around.

Had an appointment to get my car service, they canceled my appointment with no explanation, the cancelation notice went to my junk folder, I get to the dealer for them to tell me that can't service my car because they booked. Then one of the service members tried to talk to one of the techs about me (very unprofessional). I will be taking my services elsewhere.

Let me say this, I've had a positive experience with this Acura dealership. Sandra has been our salesperson with this current transaction. The service has always been responsive and helpful during our vehicle service visits. The finance manager did a good job explaining the products and making our signing experience a breeze.

Probably the best car buying experience of my life so far! Worked with Mike Marcus, don't really know what else to say, will seek out Mike for our next purchase down the road. Seems like everyone we encountered at the dealership was an exceptional customer service oriented individual. Other dealerships, take notice. This is how it's done!

Everyone I met and dealt with at Criswell Acura were amazing! I contacted General Sales Manager Eilam via e-mail for a 2024 Integra w/A-Spec Technology Package and he replied within hours! The price we discussed over e-mail is exactly what was promised the day I went to purchase.
Andrew Criswell, my sales consultant, was amazing, polite, and professional. I didn't feel rushed at all and he was able to briefly show me how to work some of the settings on the car.
I also met Sean Jackson and he was very friendly and professional. Then, finance took over and I met Tyler and Mac who helped me with exactly what I wanted and weren't pushy at all.
I highly recommend Criswell Acura! Everyone went above and beyond!

Purchased a 2018 GMC Canyon Denali from Criswell Acura today. Had a very pleasant experience from the test drive all the way through the signing of the purchase documents. I never felt pressured, Mike Marcus, our sales consultant was professional and friendly from the word hello.
Mike and staff gave me a very fair deal and handled the process of transferring ownership with ease!!
I highly recommend Mike Marcus and the staff @ Criswell Acura in Annapolis if you happen to be in the market for a new or used vehicle!
