You talk to the customer service people for Cricket on the phone not the people in the store but the people that are on the phone they are the rudest people and the customer service they give you is horrible. The store people are OK. The people in the store OK it’s the customer service people that are on the phone for Cricket are horrible. They are horrible, customer service is lousy and how they talk to you on the phone with them because they’re horrible. They don’t know how to talk to people.

Worst Cricket store with the worst customer service ever. Maybe if I was Hispanic I would have been treated with some respect and got some help !! Don’t go to this store !! They won’t help you and find all cost to avoid doing their jobs . I will write the corporate office . Ridiculous! I did as annoyed I just walked out.

Took a friend there, she got a flip phone it's hard to get the names in, I don't know why they didn't use her sims card from the other phone, I don't think she will keep it. They told her she can go through email she doesn't do email ??????

Excellent customer service. I have switched from T-mobile to Cricket and now my bill is half price. Cricket was recently purchased by AT&T, thus they have expanded their coverage. It may not have the strongest signal, but it's enough for my needs. I am good with Cricket. I have tried few Cricket stores and this is the one I purchased my phone and activated Cricket. I recommend this place to anyone, and already recommended to family and friends.
