Sincerely disappointing service on today’s shopping trip. We must have walked past 6 employees before one asked us if we needed anything. Two of the employees we passed twice and stood near for minutes while showing interest in Breville coffee makers. Unfortunately they were more interested in conversation with each other than greeting us or inquiring if we needed assistance or more information on what we were browsing. As customers we did not deserve to be ignored. We likely would have made a purchase if it weren’t so obviously ignored by nearly all on staff. I would not recommend this location.

This is far worse than anyplace I had to deliver. U can stay in any parking lot no one bothered me. My grip is that their is no delivery signs no one answer the phone. I have an 8 o clock appointment and the store says it open at 9. I still haven’t found a dock yet I don’t know if they off load in front of the store before they open. I will stick to the DC not to the mall or stores

Literally got stolen from by this store. Had to file a dispute with my bank because they didn’t refund me nearly $200 from a return. Contacted customer service and they told me to take it up with the store. I have never had such a bad experience with a company.

Lovely customer experience. Especially with Tim! We had called ahead asking for a specific product and he went out of his way to find it and provide exceptional service when we arrived. Can’t wait to come back and browse.

Eugenio and Clark were great together to deliver our new table. They helped me notice that my original table was just fine after a lesson on how to use and install the table extensions. I am so grateful for their patience and courtesy! GREAT JOBS! Go Crate and Barrel Team!

I’ve never received such exceptional service from anyone nor anywhere in a very long time. Amy, Pamela and the beautiful lady with the beautiful gray hair are the best! They went above and beyond to help me, they could have easily asked me to go back to the Tyson’s corner store or call customer service but they worked together as a team and solved my problem. They accommodated my two year old and I and they were very pleasant to talk to.In fact, all the stores in the DMV should have these three ladies train them on customer service relations.I HIGHLY recommend them!!Thank you so much ladies!!
