We went in here on a Friday night to look at what they had for slippers. They were having a 50% off slipper sale. We both found some that we liked. The worker was very pleasant and helpful in finding something that fit each of us. Clark's shoes, overall, are always very comfortable. We feel like we got a bargain with their sale going on.

***Update***Went back and Alex (nice glasses) was very pleasant about exchanging the pair. Explained that someone must've tried them on in-sotre. She didn't give an attitude or anything. I would recommend Clarks get carpet or something in that store as crepe souls are very sticky. Don't want to give the wrong impression ;) Thanks Alex!***I love Clarks but not happy with this store. Sales clerk sold me a pair of Desert Boots that were clearly returned. The crepe soles show when Clark's are worn. She quickly put them in the bag and rushed me out the store. When I got home and showed my wife the gifts I bought for my dad (2 pairs of Desert Boots), I was highly disappointed. I didnt bother to inspect the shoes at the store because I thought the customer service would match the quality of shoe. I guess not. I will be making my way back today to exchange that pair for a NEW pair or return both pairs I bought at full price.

Door was locked and lady who was working there said they are closed. It was not even 7pm yet and I had a shoes that I wanted to buy. Very disappointed for someone who drove here 30+ minutes.
