The employees are great. The portions are super stingy, only looking good in comparison to how terrible the downtown location is. You can do the normal tricks like have them scoop a protein before 'deciding' to do double so that you get two actual scoops, but the portions are tiny overall. I think they shrank the tortillas so they can make a show about trying to stretch them over something that used to be 2-3 meals and is now barely 1.

I've been to nearly every Chipotle from Southern Maryland to just north of NYC and wow this place skimps hard on everything. The employees will act like it's coming from their paycheck and when I'm paying $16 for a burrito and you can't put more than a half of a spoonful of rice on there without saying you'll have to charge me extra it just gets to the point where you're no longer an option for me. I like Chipotle for their food but not this one. Maybe it can fix itself but that'll probably come from management.

I ordered 2 bówls on Uber eats and come to be whe arrived it was so little then a normal portion. Not a fan chipotle is ripping ppl off day by day.

They put barley any food in the bowl, the chicken always looks weird. It’s chunks of fatty pieces. The staff isn’t even friendly

I can’t even give a rating for the actual food because I couldn’t stomach the pungent smell of the place. I walked in as soon as the place opened and there was no need for it to be dirty @ 10:45am. Not sure what I was smelling when I went in, but it was very unpleasant. Won’t be returning

I came in 10min to close and they already packed up the food. Instead of saying we’re closed and me having that argument that hey Google says you don’t close for 10 more minutes. They all smiled and started pulling the crates back out of what I wanted and prepared my meal. I felt so respected, seen, and heard as a human being that I felt obligated to leave a 5 star review. I should’ve got the manager name but the crew at 10:50 on 3/28 deserves some sort of top tier quality award from their corporate office or sumn. Shout out to them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 days in a row they got my order wrong. First day through delivery, they did not put cheese in my quesadilla. I went there after work and asked if they were out of cheese today. The answer was no. I showed them my order and they were very apologetic. I had gotten reimbursed via app. So I go back today and pick up the order on my way to work. Stopped to check if it had cheese, but did not check the sides... nope. Not correct. I order from there often and never had a problem, so this is unusual.

I will now have to drive to the Chipotle in Edgewater since this one is always running out of stuff so early in the day. This is the 3rd time that I’ve gone and they’ve run out of multiple items. On three separate occasions, at different times each time, they’ve either not had chips, or dressing, or guacamole. I could understand them running out of food near closing time, but not in the middle of the day, or early evening at the start of the dinner rush.
