We had an offer for $500 bonus for opening a business checking account. Both the manager and clerk knew we were a non-profit and expected the bonus. After we opened the account at the Parole, MD, branch, they said non-profits couldn't have the bonus. Deception on purpose! Cheating a pet rescue charity!

What I really need is a bank that can make time for me, who can answer the phone when I call, and whose online systems work. This bank fails in all three categories. They're really nice though.

Several months ago I lost my partner and mother within a short period of time. I was in a very bad place and I had to go to Chase to take care of some of their accounts. The private banker, Mr. Benoit was extremely empathetic, kind, and helpful with my request. I was very emotional and he treated me more like a family friend than someone he had just met for the first time.The staff is very professional and inviting at this branch, which is a breath of fresh air compared to the typical banking experience. I am so pleased that Chase has opened this location with such outstanding bankers and I am now considering moving my own relationship to Chase.

This is a great branch and everyone is incredibly nice. One of the bankers even remembered me from my first visit. There's usually nothing thrilling about walking into a bank but the team here always makes me feel welcome and quickly takes care of all my banking needs!
