Ebony is incredibly rude and patronizing. My wife and I were hoping to hire someone to help us talk through our investing strategy, but instead we were belittled. Do not come here unless you have more than $500,000 to invest. Anything less and they are not interested in your business.

I have had a very positive experience here. The staff is very helpful. it is a little hard to find but, ample parking and a nice facility. I'm very happy we switched from Fidelity.com (see my other review).
