We're so grateful to the good people at Chaney Tire. We went to Chaney Tire in a panic on a Monday morning a few weeks ago because we had a nail in our tire and had a nine hour drive ahead of us. They looked at it right away and found that it was not, in fact, a nail but something that looked like a nail. They checked to make sure we were okay to make the long drive on that tire and sent us on our way with our minds at rest. Thank you Chaney Tire!

Honest. Professional. Knowledgeable. Customer-centric. I took my car to be serviced and the team noted that my vehicle had a piece of metal stuck in the wheel (nothing was wrong). They removed the metal and did not charge me. Their service and attention to detail impressed me and I will be returning in the future when I inevitably have a car/tire issue!

They are always so nice when I walk in and that is the main reason I’m making this review. I just got an oil change and tires rotated but their customer service makes me always wants to come back to Chaney Tire.

Had a major setback with my Michelin Pilot Sport AS 3 Plus tires purchased elsewhere over two years ago. Sought assistance from Chaney for one damaged tire but turned out tire couldn't be repaired. Moreover, found out from Michelin that this model was "discontinued." Thus, had to buy 4 new tires. Bummer. Had only 24K miles on the tires. Nevertheless, got great assistance from Robert Harris regarding purchase of new tires and, more importantly, dealing with Michelin for warranty issues. The techs also were on the ball and corrected a lug nut/stud connection and expertly installed the new tires. In summary, I strongly recommend this particular tire shop. The employees work very well together and they make sure the customer is satisfied.

Took older vehicle in to have AC repaired. I have had additional problems with the AC but it has been a year later. Each time I brought the vehicle back, Cliff did not charge for many of the repairs to get it working again. Excellent customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I'm new to the Annapolis area and my Range Rover needed an oil change so I chose Chaney based solely on these reviews.. I don't think I've ever seen another business with all five star reviews but they certainly earn it. The service was fast, friendly and affordable. I will definitely be back.

THE BEST. When I was brand new to Annapolis my fam referred me to these guys. It’s now been 3 years and I go no where else for my oil changes and tire rotations! I travel for weddings …. This place is great! I’ve had both my cars tires replaced and serviced here. They always take care of me. Just the other day I hit a curb and put a hole in my sidewall in my brand new tire. I was expecting a hefty price tag upon picking it up. To my surprise, I had the tire warranty package!! Yay for me! They are always willing to help. Thank you Chaney Tire!
