Had a great time. Lots of animals and accessories to choose from.
Was disappointed in one of the employees. She didn’t want to be bothered with the heart ceremony. She gave a poor excuse as to why she didn’t do it and when I told her he was looking forward to it she said oh I’m sorry and continued to sew up the bear. Very upsetting

I’ve been to a couple Build a Bear stores with my daughter, this by far was the worst store I’ve been to for customer service. No one greeted us, I was reprimanded for leaning against a bin “Let’s not sit on that,” tone was aggressive and no offering of a bench. Several employees standing around chit chatting to one another, not noticing any of the customers standing in front of them trying to get their attention. It’s a sad store. Also, if this is a place built for kids, don’t get upset at them when they touch things, or accidentally put something back in the wrong place, or lean on a bin. And if you don’t like or know how to deal with kids maybe you should look at a different job.

It was a fun experience for my granddaughters and their friends. I even asked about doing one for myself for my 75th birthday.

Amazing customer service, my daughter went in wanting the stitch valentine bear and they were all out. After hearing that my daughter started crying, the manager Allison was so generous to take the stuffing out of the display stitch and it made my daughter so happy. Very polite and went beyond to make my daughter happy!

Nicely stocked, not really any interactive things to do with their bears, very upset they didn’t do the Heart ceremony for my two young children

It's an experience but not worth coming back to. I came to get the Birthday bear (you pay your age), but that's only for the bear. The staff was great and friendly. They let my littles stuff her bear. She didn't want any clothes for the bear, but I liked that their was various options to choose from. There are accessories too. My child chose a football and a wand. You got the chance to name your bear and print a certificate. Be prepared to pay if you want a carrier for your bear. Nice, but can get pricey if you're paying for more than one bear.

Today was my daughters 4th birthday and I took her to build a bear for her first time and store employee Becca was amazing. She went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special and was just so patient with her. Thanks Becca!

They are always so disorganized when we go. What should take 15mins ends up being an hour! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!

If it's for kids, don't get mad when a toddler touches some things on display. My kid got so upset when told "no" by a stranger we had to leave the mall. If they are not your kids, don't talk to them. For a store that specializes in kids merchandise, you would think the staff would at least have some training to have a little patience and understanding with children. If you have a problem with them, talk to me, but you don't need to reprimand small children. That's not your job.
