I stumbled upon this boutique today and immediately fell in Love! We received the best service from Kelly, she’s amazing! She was so helpful and kind. The clothes are so cute, options for every style. 10/10 highly recommend!

Disappointing selection of clothes. Very bare. Limited sizings. Felt uncomfortable the entire time. Was told to leave my diaper bag outside of the fitting room to only have the associate hovering on the other side of the curtain. I worked retail and respected my costumers personal space. Never asked them to leave any bags outside of the fitting room.

Hostile boutique. Overall weird vibes given by the sales associates here. They will follow you around the entire store ensuring you aren't "stealing". Its a shame you can not shop in peace without these people hovering around you. Be AWARE you might be followed around at this establishment.

Went in to shop with my cousin and was badgered the entire time by the sales associate. I was just looking around, grabbing a shirt or two, and she continued to try to take them from me to put them in a room or at the counter during the entire visit. I tried on a shirt and asked my cousin to help me tighten it in the back. When she proceeded to help me, the sale associate yelled across the store to tell us only one person at a time in the room so we stepped out even thought it was a corset top and quite open. While trying to help me outside the room, the lady continued to tell my cousin how to do it as if she didn't already know. My cousin did not like this treatment and even put back the three articlesof clothing she was ready to purchase. I felt rushed and bombarded the entire time. I have never felt this at any other location I've visited. She also made a snarky comment to another customer who was looking at jewelry while I was checking out telling her what to do and what not to do. I don't know if I would return to this location solely because of this women.

I bought a bright colored dress as a gift. My daughter is petite, and I was worried it wouldn’t fit.I gave it to her Saturday, and it was a perfect fit! She loved it.

I would have rated my experience a zero but unfortunately there isn’t that option. I came in looking for a dress for a summer wedding with my husband and infant son. I was offered a dressing room which was great so that I could try on the dress I liked. There was an associate who told me to hand my diaper bag to my “hubs/friend” with the most absolutely the most condescending tone. She stood right in front of my dressing room that made me extremely uncomfortable. Even though I liked the dress and wanted to purchase it—the way my husband and I were made to feel was absolutely despicable. I have shopped at Brightside at my home store in Baltimore and NEVER was made to feel uncomfortable. I do have to give one complement to the woman who greeted us right as we came in was very nice.

I never thought a retail establishment could leave me with so much regret, yet this one has. Brightside boutique should be called Darkside boutique because it will leave you only with disappointments. Management and staff are not familiar with their own inventory. Will have the same pieces in different colors but put them on the shelves WEEKS apart. Staff will make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. The manager Megan was smug and would not leave the inventory room to help the new attendant (who very much needed it). She instead would yell responses from the storage closet which was visibly dirty and disorganized, new merchandise thrown on the floor. Shirts that were stained being sold with barely any discount. Music was overtly sexual for a boutique.. I don't need to hear about the singer getting inseminated! Everything was pathetic, but especially Megan and her uselessness in using the iPad (which basically runs the whole store). Shopping here is impersonal, and customer service abysmal. Story/Sydney (who has not responded to me) in HR- I have had better, kinder, more helpful interactions with AI robots. I would implore any self respecting individual from stepping foot in this storefront. Every excuse is "the system" or "the ipad" can't do it when the people in front of me could easily make things right. In case it isn't crystal clear YOU NEED A BETTER SYSTEM. The one iPad for the whole store isn't going to do it. The owner is a crook who will play you. I feel that she knows she is selling cheap clothes (stay away from mimosa tags) and trapping customers with her unforgiving policies. From a dta local who will be spreading the word...

While I have means but not youth I still appreciate kindness and good service.. The reception I got today was cold and unhelpful. I had to plea for assistance. Spent $339 on October 16th. Bought gifts, clothing for young daughter and myself. I’m a local so I was told I could try a few things (two) on at home and not get any refund but get store credit. I HAD one of two tags only attached a full receipt but sadly NO INTEREST in helping. My fault because I took their word for the exchange and credit. I was told I should have read the fine print on the receipt and I had to take the shirt back home. CUSTOMER service at its worst. I’ll take the time to tell all eleven people that I told it was great. I’ll call them directly and let them know to shop elsewhere. As will I. Regards.Terri E Norris

Sydney at Brightside went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me send a surprise gift to my friend. I visited the shop with my friend and she found a sweater she loved...but her young daughter did not have the attention span to let mom shop around, so we left the store. I live in Chicago, so couldn't go back to the store myself and found the sweater in a picture online but was not for sale. Sydney came to the rescue and found the sweater for me and helped me ship it to my friend with a note. I can't say enough about how helpful she was and how happy I am with this experience!!
