“My 6th BMW purchase (with four of them at Annapolis) was yesterday with Ben Allen. Ben NEVER fails to measure up to the world class rating I gave him on my first purchase with him many years ago. I assured him in 2021 when I permanently moved to DE that when I was ready to buy again, I would be back. And yesterday was the day! His knowledge of BMWs is second to none. His attention to detail is impeccable. He even remembered from July 2020, that I preferred a vehicle with a garage door opener. Ben truly cares about his customers and is the GOAT of vehicle sales (and an all around cool dude)! I promise he’ll take care of you, every single time! Oh, and don’t let me forget to give a HUGE shout out to David Mier, the Finance Director! “I was rear ended a month ago, and my rear bumper was damaged. I brought my vehicle to Criswell Collision Center to make the necessary repairs. The staff was courteous and Kurt went above and beyond to explain the repairs and provided a timeline for completion. I received my vehicle a couple of days later and it looked as if it was never damaged. I am completely satisfied with the customer service I received and the repairs that were made. I definitely recommend this shop for all of your collision repair needs!”

“My tahoe was run off the rd on 97 in pouring rain. After towing, insurance wanted to total it due to extensive body damage and airbags deploying. Caron and family at Gott treated me like family and worked with my insurance company to get my car like new again and in reasonable time. That was in May, and after driving it and checking things out, I could not be more pleased. They did an amazing job and kept me informed the entire time. Thanks, guys, for doing such great work. Pretty disappointed with my experience with Uni-Tech. I recently had a bumper painted so I could replace it myself. The end product looks great but I am not happy with their estimating. Before I got the estimate I gave them my exact paint code which is a tri-color white paint so they knew it would be a bit difficult. Unfortunately, they screwed up the estimate they provided me and didnt include the extra cost/labor associated with the tri-color paint. When I went to pick up the bumper the final cost was 60% more expensive than the initial estimate. I realize that estimates are just that, estimates, but to screw up your estimate so much that it is 60% more expensive is unacceptable. Especially when you knew ahead of time that the paint would be more expensive. I voiced my displeasure and concerns about the cost difference but was offered no compensation. I was fine paying the increased cost of the additional paint/labor (~30% cost increase) in getting the color to match since it is a difficult color, but should have been discounted the cost of the tri-color paint difference since they screwed up the estimate. While the end product looks great, I don’t think I will use Uni-Tech again after this experience.”
