My 6th BMW purchase (with four of them at Annapolis) was yesterday with Ben Allen. Ben NEVER fails to measure up to the world class rating I gave him on my first purchase with him many years ago. I assured him in 2021 when I permanently moved to DE that when I was ready to buy again, I would be back. And yesterday was the day! His knowledge of BMWs is second to none. His attention to detail is impeccable. He even remembered from July 2020, that I preferred a vehicle with a garage door opener. Ben truly cares about his customers and is the GOAT of vehicle sales (and an all around cool dude)! I promise he’ll take care of you, every single time! Oh, and don’t let me forget to give a HUGE shout out to David Mier, the Finance Director! He’s also been there to close every deal (not that there needed any convincing because I’m a BMW lover through and through). David remembered me and had us in and out in a snap! My husband and I chatted a bit outside of the business to buy, so it honestly took only two hours and that included a nice test drive. Ben knew the car I wanted and even had it ready and cleaned already upon arrival. They both ensured a seamless process and I spent the least amount of time ever at the dealership this time around. Needless to say, if I do buy again (I tell myself I’m not…lol), I’ll be back. Go to BMW of Annapolis and ask for Ben. You won’t regret it!

As one of the first owners of an iX (electric vehicle), I would like to share my experience for the benefit of customers and with the hope that the dealership will improve upon their sales staff training.
I bought the BMW iX in April 2023 from this dealership. Overall, our purchase experience was good.
In September 2024, and at 23K miles, all my tires (2023 make) had to be replaced. I had lost all the tread on my rear tires and had a flat tire from wear and tear. I’ve just now spent $2,000 to replace and align tires at a different BMW dealership.
I would advise that if you own an EV, please check your tire pressure once a month and fill air when low. I wish the sales staff had mentioned this to me when I bought the car. When I called my sales rep to share my experience so that he could proactively warn new customers about the tires, I was told that I am not an engineer otherwise I would’ve known to check tire pressure every month. The condescension was unnecessary and infuriating because I was merely sharing my experience for the greater good. At no point did I demand that I be compensated for my new tires. If the owner of this dealership reads this review, a lot of new EV customers would benefit from your unique advice on EV tires (battery is heavy so this advice is needed and we don’t need to be an automobile engineer to be able to predict this). Thank you!

Always a great experience at BMW Annapolis service mainly due to the staff - Eric Fischer was extremely helpful securing my 4 tires and Jeremy was very helpful on sight when I arrived for my appointment. Everyone was kind and courteous.

Service Department
Unfortunately I had to have my routine 10,000 mile maintenance done on a Saturday... It was very crowded. The service representative was very friendly and I was able to check in right away. I did have to wait 2 hours. Not sure if this is the usual or not. Waiting area ok, and they do have complimentary snacks and drinks. All in all a good experience

Sales and Service both have home/small town feel. Bought two cars there. Serviced both plus a third vehicle over six years…always exceed our expectations. Hunter, and Ben in sales, Jane in service are the best.

BMW of Annapolis is miles apart professional and customer service friendly vs where I actually purchased my BMW , not going to call them out . I want to personally thank Jen ( manager in service) and Alex ( Title ) for all they have done to help me get all my arrangements ( title and tags ) to get my car on the road . I also just had my first oil change recently and the experience was wonderful . I was also able with Jen’s help to get a loaner car over the weekend ( BMW I5 ) very nice lol . This is how all dealership experiences should be !
