Bike Doctor has great customer service. I would highly recommend them for service on your high-end bike or your casual cruiser bike. They are not bike snobs like some shops.

Awesome staff at Bike Doctor Annapolis! I’ve had both my mountain bike and road bike serviced there and they always take extra steps to fix up other things they notice (without charge). Both times I got a run down of what components needed adjustment so I know how to set my bike up on my own. Very fast turnaround times, too.
Best of all, they aren’t snarky like some other bike shop people in this area. I’m new to both sports and they’ve all offered tons of advice on where to practice, tire changing, basic maintenance, etc, without making me feel dumb.
They sell a good range of properly priced products and will order items from the distributor as well. I bypass several other shops to be a patron here because the customer oriented, community feeling is very important to me. Especially when trying to take care of expensive equipment for slightly dangerous hobbies.

The last time I owned a bicycle, it was a Huffy from Toys R Us. Everyone at the location was knowledgeable, friendly, and Inviting. Keenan walked me through a few different styles of bikes and helped me with deciding which bike was the best for me. My son was also getting his first pedal bike. He had a blast. It was a wonderful experience.

Bike Doctor Annapolis is one of the best all round bike shops I have ever experienced. Matt, Kevin, Brad, and the rest of their amazing team always take the time to provide not only amazing customer service but also spot-on advice backed by years of experience with Road, Gravel, Dirt, e-bikes and everything in between. I have been to them many times and each time I am more impressed than the last. If you need anything bike related, this team will always take care of you and set you up for success. Truly a FANTASTIC TEAM!
